MDE - Incorrect details?

Hi All,

I really sorry if this is in the wrong category, I was just a little unsure where to post.

We have booked a trip to WDW for next October, but when I try to log in, it says incorrect details/not recognised.

I emailed Disney who have said it must be an issue with MDE and as it's nothing to do with them, email MDE directly. I've had a look everyone for an alternative email address but the only one I can find is the generic Disney one - can anyone please help?

I was wondering if it's not working yet as we've only paid our deposit or as it's 16 months away.

Has anyone else booked a trip for October or further in advance who can link their hotel reservation to their account?

Did you create a MDE account before booking your reservation? It doesn't just auto create one and if this is your first trip since MDE was launched it is quite possible you don't have an account.

Seems silly but just wanted to make sure.

Hi, no it's not a silly question - yes I had an account as we went last year but when I type in the reservation number, lead booker etc. it just comes back incorrect details. My main thinking behind this was maybe as it's so far in advance and the full payment hadn't been paid yet. I'll definitely try ringing the number provided above, thank you.

Glad to hear. It could just be how far out it is.
