Last year we had a family trip planned that we canceled due to the pandemic. During the planning of that trip, I added my son, daughter-in-law and grandkids to my Friends and Family.

We have rescheduled the trip for this coming October. Our hotel, dining reservations and magic band order came from my MDE account. My daughter-in-law created a MDE account for her, the kids and my son. She linked their park tickets to her account. I can share plans with her, but we can’t seem to get my son and the kids linked. In the app, on her side, it looks they each have duplicate accounts.

Does anyone have experience with this mix up? Better yet, a fix for us?
 
When I’ve had duplicates or other issues that came up after linking profiles between old MDE accounts and new ones, I’ve had to call - (407) 939-4357. The IT folks are very helpful!
