MDE: Can't add friend's wife

I'm trying to add a friend and his wife to MDE so I can do FPs for them when my window opens on the 3rd of April. They are going to join my son and I for a couple of days as they live an hour from Disney. They both have APs. When I add her, by using the connected guest link, it says invitation pending. He manages her plans. Will he be able to add her when I make FPs for him at my 60 day window? Will that open a 60 day window for him too? We've tried to add her every way I know how and nothing works. We either get the invitation pending message and he tells me he sees nothing, or I add her without doing the connected guest and when he accepts under his email, she disappears completely.

Any help or suggestions is much appreciated!

Call Disney they should be able to help you. They helped me get my entire group of 11 set up.

This. I had trouble linking family and friends before. It’s an IT issue but very easy for them to correct over the phone.
