MDE App - this is a really stupid question.

So the hubs and I jumped onto the SmartPhone express this year when pricing finally started to get reasonable on plans. I've downloaded the MDE app on my phone and can make all the necessary changes. I am the only one with an account though...so how do I make it so he can make FP+ changes (changing current or getting 4th FP). We have already set up reservations and FP. Sorry for this ridiculously sad question.
 
It's not as simple of a question as it may seem. I would recommend at this point if you already have FPP's scheduled and you have set it up for you to manage him (rather than him creating his own account) that you don't try to have him make one now and transfer the FPP's. Or if you want to, call Disney and have them help you. I did it with one of my son's accounts (made the FPP's in advance then tried to have him create an account) and lost some FPP's in the process - granted this was 2 years ago but I'm always leery of it now. I would just do as the above suggested and he can even download the app and just sign in with your name/login info as well.

I'm sure my son or I did something wrong but I'd keep this in the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" category. My husband and I have both been signed into the same account many times (my oldest son got one of the AP's with photopass months before any of the rest of us and we both just used his account for pics) and at worst you'll have to enter the password a bit more often but otherwise you can both be in it on the app and view and make changes (obviously not at the exact same time).

Have your husband, and anyone else in your party, download the MDE app to his phone, then he can sign in with your user name and password. That's how DH and I have done it.
 
We're all adults in my family with families of our own but we all sign in using the same user name and password. It's just so much easier that way. Even if we aren't traveling together. I think Disney must think that I go A LOT. :upsidedow

Even though the MDE account may be in my name, we treat it like a family account. My husband and I access it and make changes as needed and our boys can too - just to see what's planned. I simply ask them not to change anything so we don't lose any of our plans.
