MDE app and web aren't showing the same reservation info?

I made ADRs quite some time ago and could see them just fine on the MDE app on my phone.

I recently booked our stay online. The ADRs do not show up in my account online at all, but were still in MDE on my phone. On the web it is vice versa - I can see the hotel stay but not the ADRs!!

I tried linking the ADRs with the confirmation number online and this is what I get:

The Reservation Contact has linked this reservation to his or her account. To make any changes to this reservation, please ask the Reservation Contact.

Well, I am the reservation contact. I only have one account and I made both the ADR's and hotel reservations from the same account, same email, same log in on both the web and in the MDE app.

Any ideas?!
 
Yes, I have done both. Signed out of the app on my phone, tried IE and Chrome! It's very strange. o_O
 
mmmm that is weird... If they are showing in the app I wouldnt worry much but you can always contact disney tech support. They helped me straighten out issues in the past.

it's almost like the ADRs are on one account and the hotel is on another. Except I used the same email and password when i made both reservations, so I don't know how that could be.
 
There was a recent security update that caused this issue with a lot of people, including my family members. The app and the website are basically logging into different accounts. You will have to call Disney IT to get it corrected, but they are very familiar with the issue and it shouldn't take long to get it fixed.

I had issues it was due to an update in the system and they had me log out of everthing and then they sent me a password change ad relinked everthing
 
This started in Nov. They did a system upgrade, which required every Disney site user to reset their password. Due to a glitch (Looking at you Vanellope!) when you reset it the new system actually duplicated your account. So your name, address, everything will appear the same in your info, and this update didn't happen on the app so the ressies are all still there. Call the number listed for help with MDE and they'll have you fixed up in less than 5 minutes! A way to tell: if you had set up a icon for yourself with your account (IE mine's the stock Elsa), it won't be on the new account, it'll just have your name when you're logged in.

Not everyone, just those with passwords that didn't meet their new requirements. New password requirements are: a combination of at least 6 letters and numbers, and/or special characters.

Not true my password meet the new requirements but I ended up having issues
 
I and hubs have issues. Mine is a triple hot mess that is hopefully fixed for most part now.
 
Glad it isn't just me!! I will call to get it straightened out. Oddly enough, I invited my husband to link to me on MDE and all of our reservations show up just fine on his phone!

Had to reset, my new password is the exact same as the old, so there was nothing wrong with it.
 
My password met the requirements (didn't have to change it) and my account is just fine.

I used the exact same password that I have been using for years when they sent me the reset so know it has nothing to do with the password it has to do with poor updates

My password met the new requirements and I did NOT receive any request to reset it.
 
It sent my request when I called because of the issues with my reservation only showing up in the application and not on the website
