MDE and iphone help

When I open my MDE its signed into an old account. Tried signing out so I can sign into the new one but it wont... how do I get it to forget the old password in iCloud?

I would delete yor current MDE app and then go to the App store and load the updated version 7 of the My Disney Experience app. Hopefully, that will fix the problem and give you the latest version, too.

To answer your question about the old password, just go to Settings -> Passwords (you’ll have to log in to it), and you’ll see a list of apps. Click on My Disney Experience to bring up the user name and password iCloud has saved for it. You can then edit or delete either one of them.

Hi joining in with a question…when I go to settings / password a pop up keeps asking for me to Touch ID to view saved passwords or cancel
I have never used Touch ID and only other choice is cancel which takes me back to where I started.

How do you unlock your phone? The password section is locked, you just have to unlock it the same way you unlock your phone. If you unlock it by touching the home button, you are using Touch ID.
