MDE and has this ever happened to you

I went to log in to MDE because I wanted to make a few changes to some dinner reservations. When I logged in, there was no resort reservation tied to my account anymore, no dining reservations, no fastpass+ Selections. Everything was gone. Our trip is in 3 weeks and I panicked. I called Disney and spoke with a CM, they could still see all my reservations and fastpass selections. Has anyone else had this happen where they can't access any of their info on MDE? This is frustrating this close to our trip, not being able to access anything if I need to make a change.

Happened to me a couple times before our trip earlier this year. The info always came back after I either refreshed a few times or signed out and signed back in again.

This happens all the time especially on the app. I would suggest taking a screen shot of your fast passes once everything gets straighten out, for your own peace of mind just in case it glitches again.

I had this happen... I apparently had TWO MDE accounts with the SAME email... Yeah, crazy.... The IT guy was really nice and fixed it so the "ghost" MDE account wouldn't be an issue (I think he assigned it a new email address) and all is well
