MDE (again)

so I was able to (thanks to this board) book some FP+ at the rght time... but I am now experiencing more problems (big surprise) with booking anything for my DH who arrives later, and at a different resort. I see the Dolphin on the MDE, I see his name attached to a ticket, but when I try to get him FP+, it shows blank for the dates...what is going on? do I have to call AGAIN and see what the problem is? Help! (btw,so NOT a fan of all this stuff)

A call to support is in order. The system most likely sees him as a stranger to you, especially if you used different emails.

Is the attached ticket the correct ticket? It sounds like the ticket isn't valid for the date of the FP+.

Because he's at the Dolphin, has his 60 day window opened up? You can just copy your FPs to his account.
