Does anyone know if I can use multiple shutter fly calendar codes from my coke rewards in one transaction in order to qualify for free shipping?

Free codes don't count toward free shipping. The dollar denominated ones (i.e. $20 of free cards) used to count, but they changed that about two years ago. Now you only get free shipping based upon the cash you spend. If you spend enough beyond your freebie, it will be shipped for free also, but it doesn't count toward the threshold.

Be prepared as well sometimes they won't let you use multiple mycokerewards codes in the same transaction.
