They are the decorative add-ons to the magic bands.

Disney is selling them in some shops but there were reports of some guests receiving them at check-in

Thanks, hadn't heard that some were being distributed at check-in.

I read some threads last week about them being given out to some guests and others getting them when they asked for them, I believe on the DVC boards, but am having trouble locating the threads now!

Last Sept. we were given "2013" glow in the dark slides for our Magic Bands at check in. I was wondering if they had them this year, too.

Those were MagicBandits and the 2013 Glow In The Dark Bandits are the only ones I have seen being given out.

I haven't heard of any Resorts giving out any MagicSliders ever.
