Maybe someone could help me!

I used to work at a Disney store.....if you do not have a receipt showing that the item was purchased at WDW, policy is to refuse (politely) to remove a security tag.

This is a good example of why you should always retain purchase receipts. It is really easy for cashiers to forget to remove tags. It happens all the time - at all stores that use them. Some just set off a security alarm when you leave the store, others have dye in them. All of them can be removed, some easier than others. But, I won't give away the secret! That goes against all the loss prevention training I have ever taken! :rolleyes1

Did you put it on your KTTW card? Your hotel receipt/printout would have the transaction number for the store you bought it at (and if you didn't keep your hotel receipt / printout, you can call disney and request another one, I think). Also, if you put it on your CC, I think they can do receipt look-up from there.

GL!

Go to youtube....they have video's on how to remove them. I know this because the same thing happened to me however; it was 6 am and I was on my way to a work convention. The tag was on the back of my new suit coat. I youtubed it and got it off in 3 seconds.
