Maybe it's the bad economy but...pleasantly surprised

I was able to reserve Vero Beach Ocean View Inn room in March about a month ahead (just one night mid week) and Kidani Savannah View studio about a month out for 5 nights May 2009, and I just reserved Boardwalk Villas for Oct 16-17 (one bedroom Preferred View -expensive points wise!!! Fri-Sat). This is the first year since owning that I haven't booked at 11 or 7 month windows...very happy with the flexibility my DVC ownership has provided. Lovin it.
