Maybe DVC.....a couple of questions

Hi - DH & I are considering DVC but i have a couple of questions:

1. If we bought 160 points at AKV now when would our UY start ?
2.If it started in June 2008 then from the info I've read we would get 160 points for 2008 (but couldn't use until Kidani opened) and then a further 160 in June 2009. If we travelled in Dec '09 could we bank 2008 points, use 2009 points, and borrow from 2010 ?

first off welcome
to your first questio as AKV is quite new there would be plenty of use years avilable,so you could pick which is best for you,
For your second question dont know that much,
Someone will come allong, or go to the disney dvc site and ask them to contact you and they will be happy to answer any questions,or if you ring them they ring you straight back

This is the only bit I can help with - and then only if it's a straightforward UY / banking / borrowing situation! I'm not sure if there are any special differences with the new AKL contracts.

Generally speaking, if your UY is June and you want to travel in Dec 09 - yes, you could use banked points from 2008, current 2009 points, plus borrowed points from 2010
