May or November?

We have DD (9) and a baby. If we go in (beginning-ish) May DS will be 5 1/2 months old and (beginning) November it would be just before his 1st birthday. Originally we were planning on going in November but we didn't go last year with my being pregnant. So now I'm anxious to get back!! Which do you think would be better with an infant?

I think the weather will probably be better in November and he might be able to recognize characters better? But he could be walking or almost walking and more mobile. I'm breastfeeding so if we go in May, we really don't need to worry about what we are feeding him.

Those that have taken infants, what do you think?!

I would probably go in November for the weather. We went in April last year, and it was already too hot for our liking.
If we ever go in May, it will be for Star Wars Weekends.

That said....personally, I feel that kids are easier to travel with before they're mobile, so I'd never balk at taking a baby to Disney. Since we go fairly often, the age of my kid(s) doesn't usually end up having a huge influence, unless they're passing a price thresh hold.

Honestly, at this point, I would probably see if I could get the dining reservations I wanted for May, and adjust to November if I'm not getting what I want. Mostly, because I always like going to Disney sooner rather than later.

November will be amazing - we have been twice in November and the parks are all set up for Christmas - it is out of this world. Weather a little better for younger ones too. Our last visit was end of April last year, and some days the weather was unbearable! Too hot!

Yea we should probably just stick with our November! We've been in October to see Halloween decorations but I'd love to see the Christmas decor!
