Hi We have booked our 3rd trip to disney for the 24th May-07th June 07, can anyone tell me how busy it will be and what to expect weather wise. Previous trips have been April after easter and March pre easter.
Thanks.

hi were travelling around then too 21st may to june 7, i think pretty quiet except theres a holdiay at end may / beg june that it might be busy for a day or two, not sure of date pherhaps someone else here can tell u that x

We have travelled to Disneyworld about 10 times in May (middle two weeks). We have always found it to be hot, but not humid, and not much rain. Getting into June it might be a bit humid, but nothing you can't stand. I think May is the perfect time to go. Personally, I can't stand humidity.

As for crowd levels. May is busy but not unmanageable. We often get a fast pass for one ride, and then ride something else in stand by while we wait for fast pass time to come around. Have a great time.

Hi,
we are also going for the 3rd time 24th may - 7th June after visiting in August (too hot and humid) and February (not quite warm enough). So we decided May/june would be ideal for us.
28th May is Memorial Day I believe, I expect it to be busy in parks. So with this in mind we are spending the day at Discovery Cove. We'll be celebrating my 40th Birthday there

Went middle May to beginning of June in 2006, very little rain with parks busy but as mentioned earlier manageable. A word of warning - avoid all parks on Memorial Day !!!!!!!" I studied Brits Guide and Unofficial Guide till I knew it off by heart, and tried Epcot as the best option. Arrived at 9.00 and gave up at 10.30 am - the wait for Soarin alone was 250 minutes.

You will love May/June time, just pleeeease avoid all parks on Memorial Day if you want to retain your sanity.

May 28th is Memorial Day so that whole weekend will be relatively crowded. Also that is just about the time that kids start getting out of school so that is another issue.

Agree with above Mid May empty the bank holiday weekend goes up a few gearsand gets busy, first week in June is I think Gay week in MK WDW and I found very busy indeed that week, and stayedby the pool after trying to get in at 8am.

Hi
Me and my DS3 will be in disney may 23-26! Counting down the days.
I was wondering about the weather at nite.. If we go back in the late evening for fireworks, does it make sense to bring a sweatshirt?

We were there in May last year and only needed a sweatshirt one evening but it had been raining most of the afternoon and the temp had dipped.

We're going 26/5-9/6. We expected Memorial day to be busy, but like you thought Epcot to be the best bet. We're on site so thought it would be easier to get there early. Perharps MGM would be better (EMH). Seaworld was suggested to us as busy but manageable. Anymore suggestions welcome.

Just want to echo what someone else mentioned - it is Gay week around the end of May - I happened to notice someone saying something about it on another board - apparently on certain days it can get really busy in certain parks (I believe they have an actual Gay Week schedule somewhere on here so you could see which parks will be busy on which days) - another thing to note (perhaps more so if you are sensitive) is that someone on DIS has written a long letter about how he (as a gay man) never goes to Gay Week anymore as he feels some people flaunt their relationship in front of everyone and spoil what is after all a family place. Just thought I would let you know in case it might bother you!
