May I may a suggestion?

I know I am not alone in getting confused about rates and discounts being offered for 2003. There seem to be a number of posts lately, but it's hard to process the information when it jumps from rates quoted for January vs. rates for July!

Would it be a good idea to have a separate thread going for each month? Or at least a separate thread for each hotel? That way there'd be no "bouncing around" from thread to thread, trying to patch it all together. I know I am mentally exhausted already!
Anyone else?

Your suggestion of separate threads for the months people are going sounds good to me...I'm July.

If there were two separate hotel threads, I'd be bouncing back and forth between RPH (for which I have ressies) and PBH (to which I'm thinking of switching).

I totally agree, I've been more confused today than ever. I think your suggestions would be a good idea.

E.Jane, I posted three separate posts at the top of the page for each hotel!

Hope that helps!
:teeth:

I tried to accomplish that awhile ago with "What is your date and rate"
I thought that was a good way to look at the first post to see when, where, what kind of room and what your rate was at a glance.
I update the first post after I see several new posts added.
So, why is that not working? Any suggestions?

tinkerbarb,
there's one post for the 2002 rates, but I hadn't seen one for 2003. Did I miss something? Anyway, I'll just start one and see if people catch on!;)

You're free to post threads such as these, whether or not people stop and read and participate is a whole other matter!

Thanks Robin - those new threads will be great!
Tinkerbarb - I'm sorry - I didn't spot you edit to the original thread.

My only problem is that sometimes when there's more than a few pages to a thread, my computer takes forever to navigate it's way through it all. Would it be better to keep 2002 and 2003 separate, or do I just need a new computer?! :o
