Just realised we've booked to go to DLP during a holiday - We arrive on Sunday 6 May - Thursday 10 May.

I see that Tuesday 8 May is a holiday. Will it be crazy busy? We've done DLP during high summer season before and on Bastille Day - just wondering about the days before/after.

Yes it will be busy busy as it's the 2nd 4 day weekend of 3 this May (plus a 3 day weekend) :cool1:

The Monday will be taken off by as many people as possible...doesn't mean that they will all be going to DLP of course but park visitors will increase :lmao:

You'll have the extra opening hours though this year which will make it all a lot smoother and if you've been in summer you'll be fine :goodvibes

Thanks Carrie - we'll make the best of EMH and hope we'll have late opening too. Bang goes a leisurely holiday in DLP - if there is such a thing :lmao:

You'll be getting the late openings for sure as they start in April and go all the way through to end of September :thumbsup2

Sorry to hijack your thread, but what time will the park be open until when open late? Does anybody know yet or is that still to be published?

10 pm is being mentionned a lot but no one knows anything for sure as yet.

It's wait and see :goodvibes

Oh bugger I'd forgotten that you had told me that Carrie. We're there Monday and Tuesday but luckily we wont be doing any of the biggies like ToT or BTM as DP is afraid of coasters/heights. We'll make the most of shows and soaking up the magic.
I've not been in summer, do ye have any tips for surviving?!?
