May Exercise Challenge-We're in Full Bloom!

I'm at 60/1000. I did 30 minutes on treadmill and 30 minutes strength training yesterday.
 
I might as well jump on this thread too! I need all the motivation and accountability I can get!

I'll say 1000 minutes. That's a lot, considering I'm starting from an average of almost 0. LOL!!!

65 minutes for me tonight
45 on TM for 3.2 miles
20 minutes lowe rbody strength training and some ab work

Keep on moving and eating less!
 

Lots of walking today plus mowing the lawn for 140 min...215/1200....5070/18000. Hopefully I can keep up this pace after I start working on Mon. Since I'll be nannying full-time, I'm working on finding ways to still fit in my exercise.

60 min cardio and 45 pilates 465/1200.
 
47 minute walk + 15 minutes upper body exercises = 62 minutes today, and that's just this morning.

This exercise thing is becoming addictive - the more active I am, the more I actually WANT to exercise. I find myself looking for opportunities to squeeze a few minutes of exercise during the day. The scale isn't showing any huge difference but I FEEL a whole lot fitter!

I'll probably do some more walking this evening, while I am waiting for youngest DD to finish her swim workout!

Add another 288 from Monday. Puts me at 1008/3000.

Diva of Dragons, Don't feel pressured to set a high goal. Alot of us started at 500 minutes. Starting out with a lower goal and then reaching it is such a boost!
 
I know I'm kind of late here, but I just got back from WDW. Would it be possible to put me down for 750 minutes? I really need to work off that No Way, Jose sundae-and that Strawberry Swirl-and that Pistachio Gelato-and that Pina Colava-and......
