Walked halfway home from work tonight ....
Okay, this had me curious. Did you have car trouble?

Or did you get a ride while you were walking home?

My personal trainer totally kicked my butt this morning. He had me doing a series of 6 exercises where you go from one to the next really quickly, taking a break only after you do all 6.

I did 5 sets of the following sequence:
jumping jacks
squats
pushups
Y squats
mountain climbing (on the floor on disks)
30 seconds jogging
Edited to add: forgot we did ab work on the balance ball, too, including 20 crunches with arms extended and a "lurch up" at the end. Today, I realized why my abs are tender. LOL!
Then we did weight assisted pull ups and dips, lots of free weight arm work and then 5 10-second planks.
Before and after my time with him, I did elliptical and bike. I am totally wiped out and need a nap.
With this morning's workout, I am at 1515 minutes.
