40 minutes walking on Saturday.
30 minutes elliptical this morning.
35 minutes C25K this afternoon.
Today was W3D1. Today's session was the 5 minute warm up walk then a 90 second jog, 90 second walk, 3 minute jog, 3 minute walk, repeat finishing with the 5 minute cool down walk. I was nervous about today. It's been about a year since I have jogged/ran. My last 6 months in the military I was on a running waver.
Well, I shocked myself with how well today went! At first I had the sound down on my phone so we didn't hear it tell us to start the first jog, I quickly turning it up and restarted the timer. The first three minute jog was like nothing to me but I don't think my DH relised we were going for 3 minutes and asked if the sound was off again. I checked and nope, we only had 15 seconds left!
The last 3 minute jog was a little harder. I checked the time and we still had 1:07 to go!
But as it always happens, it was over before I knew it.
