350/1200 elliptical and my crunches
Waiting for my parents to arrive so I did one last hurrah on the elliptical! Hoping the weather is ok in the morning so I can go out for a walk!

I have a very busy month in May but I'm going to put myself down for 1,200 because I'm pushing myself to 100% run a 5K in June on the night before my 50th birthday.
This is what I have so far:
5/5 127 minutes -Expedition Everest 5K & Scavenger Hunt (net time)
5/10 70 minutes - strength and cardio
Just so happens that DH and I will be in WDW over the Tower of Terror 10-Miler weekend. The 10-Miler is full - plus, I was worried about running a longer race after being in the parks for 5 days beforehand - so I signed up for the 5k Haunted Fun Run in the morning and got tickets to the Villians Bash for me and DH!![]()

Nursing a sprained foot. Watch out for those cheap $2 flip flops. Mine all went to the trash after the left one I was wearing broke and sent me flailing down the garage steps. The doc at urgent care told me to take it easy until the weekend so hopefully I'll be back to running on Sunday.
You never realize how much you need your big toe until you injure it.I almost fell on some uneven pavers last night and ended up hyperextending my right big toe. Wow, does it hurt! Since I am hoping to do a long walk tomorrow morning, I am babying it today. I did 20 minutes on the stationary rower and 45 on the bike this morning, bringing my total to 715.

My house is needing some love and attention, but I did get 110 mins at the gym today! (Running, stairs, leg weight machines, core and elliptical)
I just can't seem to get it all in with work (part time), my kids' schedules, housework and time for myself. Soemthing's got to give and right now it's my house. DH is ok with it because he's glad I'm finally working out for myself. Everything always comes before me, but I'm trying to change that!
