May Challenge

Starting the May challenge here. Not sure what the prizes are going to be yet. I will take a look at my stash and see what I can come up with. Been to my LSS a ton last month and they have some really cool things I have never seen. May have to go back a purchase a few. I will check back later with my list of goodies.

Ok, I jumpstarted this month and am definitely in! Between Saturday night and Tuesday morning I've finished 12 pages with 2 more nearly done on the work table.

I hope to get a LOT done this month.

Hi!

I've been around the DIS boards for awhile now - but have just recently found this scrapping board. Can someone tell me how this "challenge" works? Do you complete a certain # of pages a month?

I completed 5 or 6 pages over the weekend & another one on Mon & Tues evening - so, I think I'm up to 7 or 8 for May. (I'll have to double-check when I get home from work. )

Welcome arizonacolbys! The challenge is pretty simple.

The previous month's winner (WDWmom - Sue in this case) becomes the new host.

Anyone that wants to play does. You don't have to commit to a certain number of pages. And you count them as done when they are done for you. If you do a two page spread or both sides of a page that is TWO pages. The format size you work in doesn't matter either.

Throughout the month check in and post how many you've done. At the end of the month the winner is the one who has done the most pages! They become the next host.

Did I miss anything gang?

So far I have done 8 for the month of May- have a crop this weekend and hope to get a bunch more done.

I did 4 more pages yesterday making a total of 7 so far!! I'm going to a big crop next weekend from noon til midnight! I'm hoping to get a lot done there but I may just end up socialing!

Don't shoot me but I am at 38 pages so far! I went to an all day crop on May 1st and then today for Mother's day I asked to crop all day long!
I have to finish this gift album by Thr! I have 2 may 3 more 2 page layouts to do!

I'll play this month. Don't know how many more pages I'll get done, but I completed 41 so far (plus 3 album covers). I cranked out two complete albums for my sisters and started another for my MIL. All were Mother's Day presents so I had to get them done before this weekend. I just hope I haven't burnt out on scrappin' before the middle of the month.

I got another 2 pages done last night for MIL's album. (She saw some pics DH had and wanted his. I told her if she'd give them back to him I'd make her some pages with copies.) So I guess that brings my total to 43 for the month.

hmmm.... I really haven't scrapped much for me this month. Have done 1 page for kate's irish dance pictures... but on the other hand I'm up to 5 (2page) layouts for the make a wish group. That's been really fun. so technically that's what 11 pages?) maggie

My total so far is a big fat ZERO! Of course I was in WDW for the 2nd week in May. I bought a lot of things at the Downtown Disney scrapbooking store so I am gearing up for the June challenge!!!!

Finished my mom's heritage album- YESSS! 13 pages tonight which brings me to 27. Now, to start on DS6's kindergarten album. I also pre-made 48 pages of a 7x7 Disney album for my friend that I am going to WDW this fall...but I don't think that counts since I didn't put pictures in them- just premade all the borders, titles etc.

So, 27 for me so far!
