Friday is 60 days before I arrive and the calendar for May is only posted through May 5. How do I know which day to book activities? Dessert party, Dinner reservations etc. We have not been to Disneyland before so it’s important for us to see events that we are not able to see in Disney World

You can book reservations (dinner and desert parties) 60 days out (usually, but not always).

But the calendar is typically only updated 45 days (usually, not always).

So, if you want to know the time of WOC, you have to wait until 45 days out (or possibly even later).
