I wish I could get DH and DS to wear polo shirts that day. DH has a lime green T-shirt, but it is huge on him. He wants to wear his bright orange shorts with them! Yikes....You'd be able to find us in the terminal easy if he gets his way!

I say let him go for it my dh gave in and said k to what i want to wear him since i gave him the options for colors of shirts. still need to embroider them though..been home all weekend with dd and her sicky stuff so planning on doing it either later tonite or tomorrow definitely.

Well I'm still trying to figure out a plan for Cozumel. There are 4 ships in port that day and we are the last to arrive. So I expect the beachess will be crowded before we get there.

how did you find that info out? dh says he doesn't want to do much at either cozumel or grand cayman so i guess we are going to walk around about an hr or so at each to get the souveneer items we want and then hang out on the ship the rest of the day. he has been reading current news about each and doesn't like what he has been reading. i don't care either way as long as we do get to at least look around a little bit.

Yes everyone...I am still alive! I have just been going through a very stressful time lately in life and we have all been quite sick. Does everyone have all the plans and excursions ready??? I just signed Kaylin up for the kids club but thats about it. We like to get off the ship and explore, that way, when we are tired or bored (or grumpy!), we can just get beck on the ship on our own. I am ready, except for the weight thing. I just have been so stressed that its ben very hard. Hopefully I can get some off before sailing!

You will have a blast on the repo. We went May '05 and loved it! The Panama Canal was really exciting and they did a lot of things for everyone on board. It was a great experience full of great memories! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Karen-Kaylin loved the picture, hopefuly we can get them together. Kaylin would feel so much better with a friend in the clubs!

For those of you that have done the iron-on transfer thing....where do you get your T-shirts? What works best?

i just buy whatever kind of shirt you want to put the transfer on..if your looking for cheap shirts though try like craft stores and such as they have t-shirts sometimes for 3 bucks each.

UKAngel..welcome to the group..I am soo jealous you got the repo cruise date. i tried to check on prices to see if we could get it but i was told it was all booked up.

you register thru the disney site but some of us are repeat cruisers so we was able to start our booking process 90 days out. first timers are 75 days out. so 7 more days and you will start your prebooking process.

We only signed up for castaway cay excursions here. other then our excursion we booked outside of disney for key west we we are doing the same thing just get off and explore till we had enough then go back to the ship.

I haven't done them myself yet but the creative diser that made shirts for us got them from Walmart. I know this because Devin was that Kids Wonder brand or whatever Walmart sells exclusively. I know Michaels, KMart etc have them pretty cheap too. Wash the shirts before you put the transfer on.

Sort of. I guess we are going to play KW by ear. May skip it and play on the ship, may not. GC = Soto's Stingray City and snorkel trip. After that a helicopter ride. Coz = I've decided on Paradise since we can't do the Dolphin excursion either through DCL or on our own. CC = not sure yet. I may try the parasailing with Tracy and Karen, but I don't know if there will be availability (can't book for another week).

I know we have to be on the boat for the drill by 4, But was under the impression sail was at 5, The timing at the ports can really screw up someones plan if it is not accurate. I would just hate to be stranded on a beautiful island surrounded by palm trees and beautiful blue water and tropical fish, ahhh time to wake up.

I have been online all day I cant stand the wait. have to figure my pirate costume now.

We do leave later but its Pirate Night and we have early seating so I want to have time to get dressed and ready. So i'm thinking I want to head back to the ship by 4.

I think, but I'm not sure that the times listed are the times DCL pays for. I wouldn't go by these departure times. The DCL itinerary times are more accurate. But I've heard that if a ship has to stay in port over their time its really expensive. So they schedule a bit of overage in case of a delay (DCL excursion or whatever). I think its similar to cell phone minutes; buy more than you need because if you go over -

Edited to Add: But the nice thing about this website is (barring weather issues) you can tell how many other ships are in port and how crowded it will likely be.

Tell Madison that Ryan really liked the Valentine! Her picture is so cute. How lucky that you will be able to see her light up each time characters go by. I miss those innocent little times.
Ryan has been sick with the flu for quite a few days now, so did not get Vday cards out on time. Sorry everyone. I hope this is his only bout with it and not in 80 days! Unfortunately, now my throat is hurting and I feel like I am getting it...ick.

As for port departure times: Last May we left Key West just as the sun was setting, in fact we had to run to the opposite side of the ship to get pics because they back out and then turn to head out of the channel.
We left Coz at 6pm because we were still tendering at the time. The time before that we left Coz at 10pm.
We leave Port Canaveral at 5pm, but all aboard is 4pm so everyone is present for the safety drill.
