What are your favorite programs...Mine are Easy Italian with Giada Delaurentis (anyone have her new cook book)?, Paula Deen, and Barefoot Contessa.

I also love the HGTV channel.

I like Giada also, especially her shows when she went back to Italy. I am planning an Italy vacation next year for our 10th anniversary. Favorites - hmmm - I like the Rachel Ray shows, even though I find her annoying often. I watch Iron Chef, even though I also get somewhat annoyed with Bobby Flay. (I've had the opportunity to meet several of the Food TV personalities on occasion.)

But, my all time favorite, is the one when they came to our home and filmed and episode of Extreme Cuisine. It was called "Extreme Cuisine: Hot and Spicy". Did you happen to catch it?

this is our first time on disney cruise. i'm assuming that dcl will provide all the towels we'll need for pool side as well as excursions? besides registering as soon as possible for Palo, is there anything elese i should preregister/ register as soon as getting on the ship (we have a 3 1/2 yo and we plan to leave him on board when we go offshore).

: I have one more question...I promise! I was just on Disney.com/disneyland and clicked onthe DCL link. There it says Flounders is 11.00 per hour? Does this sound right? Or do you think it's the 6.00 that's on the other pages? And our cruise docs? Anyone else wondering the cost? I have a dd 9,ds 7, and ds 2!! I thought I had all my details done and ready to pack, now I am wondering if I should just keep the little "flounder" with me!?

I can't belive it's only 1 week and we're in LA!!

Wow, I hope that is a typo!! $11.00 an hour?? I sure hope it is $6.00. We have a 21 month old and I signed her up for Flounder's online. I thought it was the $6.00 that everyone reported. I hope they didn't raise the rate for the West Coast Cruises???

Hi Aidan - Flounder's Reef is for babies to 3 years old. Your son would go to the 3-4 Kids Club which you can pre-register for on line. You do not have to wait in lines once you board.

We are now at the window for our cruise where we can see 15 day out weather forecasts. Like all forecasts, these aren't that dependable but they are still fun to think about. Here's the Accuweather forecast for Puerto Vallarta on May 31.

Another useful tidbit on these weather forecasts is to get an idea of PV's time in relation to what we are used to. I live in the Central Time Zone on Daylight Savings Time. PV is Central, but not Daylight Savings Time, so PV is equivalent to Mountain Time right now. They will be an hour ahead of Pacific Time when we dock there.

If you have an excursion or massage booked on your own, be aware of a possible time difference. I believe the ship will let us know about time differences. I think you can find that out in the daily Navigator when we cross time zones.

HOT TIP #10 - If you fail to get an appointment for a treatment at the spa, ask to be put on the waiting list - and be prepared to drop everything and run to the spa at a moments notice.
