May 27th 2007 Wonder Cruise. Anyone else on it?

Just bumping us up a bit. We were all the way down to page 3! We just booked our airfare, since the rates just keep climbing. I had enough frequent flyer miles for 2 tickets though! Yippie! The only bad thing is that the flight times aren't the greatest. We won't get to MCO until 6:30pm on the 26th. So I think we may end up staying at the Hyatt that night.
We're less than 10 months away now!

Hi ladies! Well, I know we are all so busy. I didnt want this thread to get lost on page 5 or so. Just wanted to say hi and hope everything is going well. We are fine just running crazy! Between school, football, church, cubscouts, ....well you know the list goes on. I thought I would be the first to show my face on here. Anyway, I tried to upload to photobucket ...hope it works. I couldnt figure out any other way to add photos. This was our Spring break cruise April of this year.

It looks like I'll have other family members joining us on our cruise. My mom (Mary), iDH's parents (Alejandro & Elsa), Dh's sister and her husband (Neomi & Gabriel) and their 3 children ages 6, 8 and 13 (Ivan, Melissa and Gabriel), and DH's brother (Rene) and his 3 children ages 6, 9 and 11 (Rene, Isaac and Dominic! Looks like we're going to need a bigger limo to the Port!

I have to show you guys what my DH gave me for my unbirthday yesterday! (Today is actually my birthday.) I admire this painting every time we go to DTD. I thought this was pretty sweet of him - it almost brought tears to my eyes!

Well, today I have been reading these message boards. I have looked at Disney food, menus, navigators, and everything imagionable. I dont know why but this cruise has been on my mind all day today! I am a Disney cruise JUNKIE. Now, I admit it. Maybe I can go wash some clothes and think about dinner. I wanted to tell the ladies that have not been on a cruise that you can go to my yahoo 360 page and see some cruise pics there. There are some of Nassau. Not all my cruise pics are there cause it would take me forever to get them all uploaded. (Oh yeah, I'm a photo JUNKIE also).

No, no discount. We're just getting the stateroom credit from booking through DU. That was $50 per stateroom.

Shannon, Happy Birthday! What a great present. It really shows that your DH put some thought into what to get you.

Wow, Sherri. What a group. I bet you'll have a blast. We're trying to talk some friends of ours into going too. They've never cruised before and I think they're a little scared to plan so far in advance.

We've been very busy lately. My kids start school on Tuesday and Wednesday. I've been running around taking care of last minute details - school supplies, uniforms, shoes... All that fun stuff. My youngest is starting 1st grade. Kindergarten was half-day, so it will be a real change to have the whole day without a little one at home. I plan on cleaning, organizing and exercising! In a few months I'll decide on whether I'm going back to work or not. On Thursday, a bunch of us, whose last or only child is going to 1st grade, are having a spa day. We're doing facials, massages, manicures and lunch. It should be alot of fun.

That is what I'm doing, too - cleaning, organizing and exercising now that my youngest is off to Kindergarten. (It is full day here.)

Had a question though. If you eat at Palo's, the $10 cover pays for the food, correct. You only pay extra for alcholic drinks? Is that right. Sorry if its a stupid question.

I believe the $10.00 per person covers the server's gratuity. Alcohol is extra. It is so worth it!!! (I mean the food and service, not necessarily the alcohol!)

We just booked today! We booked category 5. This is our 1st cruise and we can not wait! Our cast includes myself , DH , DD 7 , and DD 5 (ages at time of cruise). We will also be going to WDW 5/31-6/6/07, and hope to be staying VWL.

We are staying POFQ 5/26.

Hi Nurse Tink, Welcome!

We have quiet a few little princesses in this group already! I have a DD that will be 6 at time of cruise.

We also will be going to Disney after the cruise. We can only do the park for 2 days this trip Hubby cant take too much leave. So, we had to let the kids choose which 2 parks they wanted to go to. They picked Magic kingdom for both days. So, magic it is.
