I also vote on the neon green bracelet. Please put me down for 2 adults just in case my DH decides he wants to wear one which is not very likely since he likes to be incognito. He is not as involved as I am in any kind of planning whatsoever. Also how are we going to get them? Are we going to have a Dismeet the first day maybe on Deck 3 by the statue or 11 somewhere? I vote for right after the sail away party so everyone will have time to do what they need to before then. John, how did you guys do this on your last cruise?
I am very excited to get going on vacation. It was -16 this morning. Yep that's right MINUS 16.

Wow! -16 degrees and I'm complaining about 29 degrees in the morning.

I'm hoping we'll have a Dis meet shortly after boarding the ship. I've only done this once before on the Wonder. We met prior to the muster at the Promanade Lounge. Since I haven't been on the Fantasy, I don't know where the best place would be. I'm sure there are some (or many) of you that have had a Dis meet on the Fantasy. That would be the best time to give out the wristbands since we'll all be together. Anyone can chime in with ideas. I'll be ordering the wristbands next week. Since its buy 100, get 100 free, ill just do that and we'll have plenty for anyone else that will join in. I'll let you all know what the total $$ amt will be when I place the order.

Since all of my previous cruise experience is on the Wonder, the early meet has worked well. As far as a place, I dunno. Looking at some of the deck maps, the "D Lounge" on deck 4 seems like a good place sometime between 3:00 and 3:30PM.

We met next to the family pool, starboard side and it was a little crowded, mostly because the first people there got lounge chairs. I think we'd have done better if we had stayed in the shade where all the tables are. Easy enough to find, just looked for the person with the big bag of green bracelets!

I found the place where we got our bracelets, not sure if the pricing is any different, but I think they placed an exact order (plus a few extras).

EDIT: Just took a look and very reasonable pricing along with the ability to get "May 25 - June 1, 2013" on one side. Can also get the debossed lettering filled in with a darker color for clarity.

Wow! Lots to catch up on.

You can go ahead and order my family 2 adult and 3 children bracelets. I agree with going with green. I looked at the link for bracelets John posted. Out of curiousity I measured out the children's size since I didn't know if that's what I'd need since I have small wrists. The kid's size is 5 7/8", so not very big. If we order from this site, I may need to change my 3 children's to adults because I don't think it'd even fit them. Or order one of each size for them depending on cost. That way they'll for sure have one that fits.

DH and I leave in less than two weeks on a mission trip to Nicaragua. After we get back from there I can get more into cruise mode and work on FE gifts.

We are newbies on cruising. This is our first cruise so I'm sure we'll be needing lots of help. Thanks in advance!!

Just wanted to stop in and say that May can't get here fast enough!! SO ready to go. We have booked a private charter for Grand Cayman and I am overly excited about that! Went there last year on an all girls trip and used Stingray Sailing. I must say that if any of you want to go to Stingray City then Stingray Sailing is the way to go. Chip and Michelle are wonderful. We had rays all around us! The ONLY reason I'm not using them again is the fact that our 2 five year olds going would want nothing to do with stingrays....so we opted for the private charter. So ready for this trip.....

I totally agree with you about Stingray Sailing. I've used them before in 2010 and are planning to again, although I haven't booked yet. I loved the Catamaran. Chip and Michelle are wonderful! We were the first ones to the sandbar and its was nice to have the place all to ourselves for a little while anyway.

Got you on the spreadsheet. You said you're all in on the FE Exchange, I put you in as 3 separate rooms, each participating separately. Hope this is what you meant.

Deadline is going to be about 8 weeks out. Figure around the first of April. We'll split the list then. I know the folks that are in the group now want to jump on this, but we'll end up picking a few more in the next few months.
