Hi There..
First time Disneyland trip for this family of 4! I know...I know....lol
Just wondering what to expect or possibly expect for these dates since
Pirates is releasing that weekend? Its also memorial day weekend.
Should we expect a huge crowd?

Since it is Memorial Day Weekend and the official kick off for summer at DLR, I would expect large crowds in both parks. Be prepared with good planning, good back up plans, and lots of patience and positive attitudes. Then have a great time!
