If it turns out that we do get to come, I'll fill you in on the details, but can't say too much right now.
We're thinking either a Cat 4 or 5. Big difference in cost if we go to the Cat 5.

No martini tasting for me...but it's possible that we did meet at one point. I know, I met an awful lot of new people!!

It's almost 100% official. We have a room that's being held, waiting for DCL to give my friend her credit to use as booking. Long story.
But we are sooooo excited!! She & I have been trying to cruise together for more than 2 years, and something always seem to keep us from being able to. Third time's a charm, they say.

I shouldn't have been so quick to add a countdown timer, I think it jinxed me. As of this morning, it is not looking good. We're waiting for DCL to let us know how much of a credit my friend gets from canceling the Panama Canal cruise because her husband passed away. The insurance company denied the claim due to it being a pre-existing condition. Note to self: Never use AccessAmerica/Disney's insurance.

Anyway, DCL at first had said if the claim was denied, they'd give my friend a hefty credit. But it looks like they aren't going to do that.
Right now, it doesn't look good at all. But we'll see.

I'm ashamed of myself now for doubting the magic of Disney. They gave my friend a wonderful credit. This cruise for she and her daughter will be paid for. NOW I just have to come up with my share.

I'm so excited now. My family was supposed to go to Tortola on NCL last December, but had to cancel due to hubby losing a couple of fingers. Ick.

Our stateroom is 7636.

Thank you Angie!! I can't wait to see how much your girls have grown!

No Jordan....she'll be 19 and hopefully working full time. And she refuses to leave "the boyfriend" now. I'm just happy that Kaylah still wants to travel with us.

We have the most wonderful TA in the wotld!!! I am so excited- so is Kaylah. By the way, she is a cutie and will be 16 then...if anyone has a son close to that age. And Stacey's right. Third time will be a charm.

ONLY 8 MONTHS UNTIL OUR CRUISE



(we're still dealing with the slow leak upstairs..mold in the walls, floor, bathroom, our office...going on a month now. They came back to work on it and found more mold under a cabinet! so I spent the day in a house smelling of bleach!!!! ugh! So I forgot all about our countdown!!)
