Ok, so what's the best way to get booze on the ship. Checked luggage or carry-on. I'm sure I could pack it so it wouldn't break but wondered of they'd take it out. That much liquid in a carry-on can get heavy...

Must be in the carry on luggage. This is mainly due to the chance that it could get broken and cause a big mess.

I've been reading that it has to be carried on now.

Can I pack a corkscrew in my luggage?

Bad storms going through Orlando and Disney World right now. Tornado warnings. We gave up on waiting for a bus to take us back "home" today and just took a cab. Very glad we did.

The rain is starting to slow us down. When my camera bag soaks through, its time for a break. Stormalong Bay is so full of water by the sand-bottomed kiddie pool that it is coming up through the boardwalk. I've taken more "hot tub" bathes in our BCV one-bedroom this stay than the last 17 years of DVC - just for comfort and something to do.

How is the driving weather going to be? I was watching the weather channel ast night and it does not look good!

We are leaving tomorrow morning (thursday) and it does look like we'll be running into the rain!!!

FOR the FE....I have been updating the FE list...but TOTALLY forgot to change the labels on the FE bags...they are already packed up!! So I'll have to print out the list and take it with me to make those changes!!

Brandon is officially out of school today!!! He had is 8th grade graduation today!! He has his dinner and dance in less than an hour!! I've got a bit more packing to do tonight!!! I've got to get busy!!

wo hoo!! That is great! I'm still jealous but great! I will update my FE list.
Just a thought but on my last cruise a few people kept a list outside of their cabin incase of changes or someone needed to check a room for the FE list. I will be happy to hang one outside incase anyone needs to make a change at the port...does this sound like a good thing?
The Pirate of Caribbean- Dead mans chest is one- perfect movie to watch while I finish my FE's!!!

Ohhh yeah!!! I totally forgot that we will have a dry erase board on our door, and also a note pad and pen inside our FE.....so YES....if someone gets a room change, please leave us a note!!!!

I got the house all clean today.
Tomorrow I have my knee shot in the morning and then my manicure and pedicure. They were originally reversed so that I'd get my shot after, and could come home and rest....but the doc decided to leave at noon. Maybe he's going on a cruise too!

After that, it's just a waiting game. tick tock tick tock

Well I started packing Nothing like waiting til the last minute!! One and a half days of work and then I am in vacation mode!!!!

I'm down to my last day of work ... !

Was up until 11:00 last night ironing & packing. DH decided that he would just iron his clothes on the ship ... have fun ... I WON'T be the one doing it. I ironed all of my & the girls clothes then neatly rolled them. Whatever wrinkles we get from being packed should fall out easily with the Downy Wrinkle Release. I'm NOT ironing on the ship! I will do a load of laundry mid-week though.

Still have more packing to do. The clothes is done. Now I just have to pack toilets, medicines, shoes, etc. That list is still long.

We finished up or FE's last night. They turned out really cute, if I don't say so myself. Also ironed on some stuff for the kids autograph pillowcases. Need to get started on packing today. I have to work tonight and tomorrow night (until midnight -- UGHHH). But, I'm sure with the excitement of Saturday, I won't have any trouble getting up and heading out.

My MIL will be staying at our house for the week to care for our doggies -- Mickey, Minnie and Buster. She'll be here to help get the kids ready.

Need to go to the bank to get some $1 for tips and pick up DH's shirts from the dry cleaners.

I just posted on the main cruise boards...a question about singles for tips!! Wasn't sure how much to bring...seems like $50.00 is the "magic" number!
