Family of 4. DD8 and DS5. Really excited. Anyone traveling with us? It is our first cruise and I am eager to discuss it with someone out there.

is there something i don't know? why is nobody on this cruise? i am a little worried now.

You found me. We are going too. DW ::MinnieMo ,DD(7) :earsgirl: , DS(4) :earsboy:

You are going to have a blast. Make sure you sign the little ones up for the kids club. We were on the Wonder in July on a three night. They did not want to leave.

Keep in touch.

Yeah. I am so happy to hear from you. We are from NY. Will be flying down on the 19th and staying at the Raddison at the Port for 1 night. I have gotten a lot of info from these boards. They are a lifesaver. We have gone to WDW for the past 4 years and figured the kids were old enough now to get their sea legs. I showed them the info on the kids clubs and they can't wait to go. We don't plan on bringing them onto Key West, but we booked the Dolphin Swims in Cozumel through Dolphin Discovery. My daughter will be turning 9 on May 23rd, so that is her b-day present. We are also planning on doing the Stingray swim in GC through DCL. We booked a cat 9 cabin. Maybe we will get an upgrade. What about you guys? Tell me about yourselves.

We are originally from NY. Me from Long Island. DW from Rochester.

We will be staying in Category 5 cabin. We were on the Wonder in July and liked it so much we booked the Magic.

Looking forward to having a week of fun in the sun.

Here we are! We are family of 5 and have connecting category 9's. It will be myself, DH, and DD's ages 9, 11, 13. We did the Land/Sea this past Spring Break and our 3 days on the ship were too short. Also with us will be another couple who are DVC and their DD 13. We can't wait to get back on the ship!! The kids had such a blast and made great friends. DH and I found it so relaxing! I'm trying not to get too excited until I have it paid for. Then I'll be off the wall and planning away!!

That is great. I cannot wait for this cruise. I have gotten the Passporter and it is wonderful. The kids are so excited. I called up to ask if they are going to have the staggered dining and the rep. told me yes. We have requested 8pm for dinner. We plan on spending time on shore and don't want to rush back for early seating.

Hi, You can count us in too!! We are from NJ. It will be 11 of us altogether!! My niece will also have a birthday on the cruise, the 26th. She will be 11. We are also going to have a 2yo, 3yo, 4yo, and a 7yo along with me, my hubby, my sister and her hub, and my mom and her bf. We are counting the days!!

Add us in as well. DH, DMIL, DD11, princess: DS9, ::MickeyMo DD5, princess: and DS3(4 in June!) pirate: We have never cruised before and have lucked out and got the Roy suite. We also plan to do the dolphin swim and some sort of stingray excursion in Grand Cayman. Maybe this is a non-busy cruise time??

WOW! The Roy Suite. How exciting. Maybe we will be on the same GC Stingray excursion. We plan on going out on the early am one. This is our 1st family cruise also. I have been reading about all the changes to the Magic and I can't wait to experience it all. My worst fear is getting seasick, but I will be bringing lots of preventative meds.

My DD princess: who will be 11 on May 9th would like to find an e-mail pal who is the same age (gr. 5), likes pink, princesses, hockey (we are from Canada!!) soccer, figure skating,Green Day, Hilary Duff.
Anyone out there???
(she is home from school today as we are in the midst of a teachers strike) :rotfl:

I and my fiancee...then husband will be going for our honeymoon! We have a cat 6 right now. We are getting married at Disney World on 5/18 and then heading for the cruise ship on the 20th after our 5am MK photoshoot! I don't think there is going to be much sleep had until we hit the cruise. Anyone know what excursions they are going to do?

Hello cruise buddys :grouphug: I have finally made it over here. :hourglass .

Ok, heres my bio: Me :earsgirl: DH :cool1: DS 10 :teleport: DS 7 pirate:

Our first family cruise was March of 2005, itwas great, we loved every minute. It was just too short. So we booked onboard for the May 20,2006.

I love my passporter, I'm always reading about something in there. :sunny:

The oneof the things I learned from the first cruise is to fly in the day before. Our travel plans worked out great no delays on the tar mack or anything but we were kind of tired. So we will fly in on the 19th and stay at the Raddison with anty30 :flower: We are all very excited about the trip. In March we were cat11 in May we will be cat6. The cat11 was fine for 3 days but we really felt we would like more space and veranda for 7 days. We did the stingray adventure on our last cruise and it was great. So I'm sure we will do one this time, just haven't decided which one.

:earsgirl:

I just have to post again, I am so excited to be linked up with more cruisers. I think I actually started a cruise meet some time ago.

Have a great day :sunny: :sunny:

Greetings Fellow May 20th Cruisers!

Here's my info!

Just my DH and I - we have no kids!!!

We are from CT (closer to NY - 45 min. from JFK or LaGuardia). This will be our 3rd cruise - 2nd time to the Western.

My TA is someone we met on our first cruise and sat with us at our dinner rotation! She was the one who hooked me up with this board which is just a great extension of my passporter. Everyone has offered such great info. My passporter is my "bible" when we cruise, it has been so helpful in many ways.

We will be flying out the night before and staying at Ron Jon's again (that place rocks!) just for the overnight! We are in a Cat. 6 again - wanted a Cat 5 this time, but the DH couldn't justify the extra cost {sigh!} We are also in the 2nd dinner rotation.

Not sure what excursions we are going to explore this time - guess we have some time to figure it all out! This last cruise we did the Tulum Ruins which was AWESOME, Kyacking in Castaway Cay, Atlantis Submarine in Grand Caymen's and just toured the city of Key West.

Looking forward to 7-days of heaven again! It's only 7 months away! :goodvibes

So, lilo have you ever gone to to kino's store? Did you buy any? Does any one here plan to buy Kinos in Key West? :rolleyes1

lilo, we are from Brewster. My DH works in Norwalk. Sounds like you are nearby. We are 45 min. north of NYC. We are flying out of LaGuardia Friday morning 5/19. American Airlines. What about you?
