Planning my solo trip for around the first week in May and SO EXCITED for package rates to be released!

I'm planning my solo trip for the the beginning of May too! So excited! This will be my 3rd trip on my own!

Have you stayed there before? Our dates are similar to yours. Seeing the prices of the deluxe resorts, I don't think we'll be able to swing it. I want to try CBR, but I'm afraid to try a 12 night stay in a resort we've never been to. I'm also disappointed in the preferred room location prices. It's $20 a night more than POR, and like $70 more than standard!

We have not stayed at CBR before. Last year we were at Disney for 8 days during the same time period (Memorial Day weekend/week) and we stayed at AoA in a family suite. I have been following this page for months and fell that even though we will be loosing a good bit of room space from AoA it is still has advantages over AoA and its cheaper for 12 days at CBR than it was at AoA for only 8 days. Our boys are super excited about the "beach" and the pool. Looks like a great resort to relax at.

My husband and I briefly discussed booking preferred but quickly changed our minds at the $70 price difference. I have been researching on touring plans and have found several standard rooms that we will be happy to request.

Hello i will be down next may during my 30th birthday with my son who will graduating from kindergarten! Dates are may 21-may 29, split stay at Saratoga springs and I cannot decide where the last 4 days should be. Its my 30th so maybe I can save for the poly or the grand! Do you all think they will have another 24 hour event this year? any guesses to when?

The beach does look really nice. I'm so torn on where to stay. The price for the deluxes are absurd. Rack rate for mod is pretty fair I think. I wish my family of five could fit into a WL or AK room. We're considering the AoA suite as well.

I've never stayed offsite but I'm thinking with two hyper, picky kids a full kitchen and space might be a good fit- looking at renting a condo at Bonnet Creek.

We have been twice at the end of April for the flower festival and crowds and weather have been great. I might push my trip back a week or two if the crowds/prices are any different, but it doesn't seem like they will be looking at the rates, crowd calendars, etc

Those are good dates. Spring break is over and schools, FTMP, haven't let out for summer.

We were booked for this Aug but have to bump to May of 2016.
I plan to keep an eye on trip reports from this May to get an idea of crowd levels. And to see when the May discounts come out.

Hopefully we will be in Disney May 26-June 3. Still trying to decide between POR and CBR. We fell in love with POR out last stay and not sure we want to try something new.

We always stay at the CBR because we love it so much. But, there is a possibility that we will give CSR a try next trip. It is hard to make a resort change when there is one that you know you enjoy.

We just got back may 16-23 this year and plan on may 21-28 next year! We drive from Ohio, it was nice to be traveling memorial day weekend and have MD off from work to relax & recover from our very busy vacay!!! Traffic was fine too, had no problems at all.

This week was amazing for us. We somehow did not get rained on at all, though it was pretty cloudy a few days, we missed it! The highest temp (and the only time I looked actually) was 93. That was hot, but we had misting fans which took the edge off & made us all more comfortable. It really was perfect. I'd go anytime in May, I just like that particular week bc of the travel time & Monday off work. It just worked out nice for us.

We just stayed at ASMu family suite. I think next year we will split stay with 3 nights in AoA nemo suite, then finish at FW cabins. There are 5 of us, and we appreciate extra space but deluxe is out of our budget. The family suite was perfect for us.

I'm super excited, and have our itinerary made already. Lol I have not booked yet bc I lost my job a couple weeks after returning home; and I *think* I'm probably getting a new job this week (please say a prayer!!!) that will be just enough to keep the family comfortable & get us back to disney!!
