On another thread, black is reporting that there's a possible new promo that will include dates all the way through June. He hasn't confirmed the info yet but he's hearing 5 to 30% off rooms.

Thanks. We are doing DCL Dream prior and man a discount for WDW would be sweet. We have AP. Disney for 6 is outrageous. We need to two cabins and two rooms. We priced out going to Paris and we would save $1400...

Like all the WDW discounts, there are a limited number of rooms available under the AAA discounts, but anyone can call up and ask for the AAA rate. I'm currently booked at POR with a AAA rate for May but am hoping for a better deal when the May GP discounts come out.

Soon, hopefully! I'd guess a Disney Visa offer will go out in a day or two, then the offer will open up to the general public on Monday. But that's just speculation based on how discounts have been released in the past.

I called this morning. No new discounts no free dining for us as of yet. So much for an early birthday wish. I will try on my birthday tomorrow. The cast member said the discounts should be soon by Jan 6th for sure.

I'm hearing January 6th for a room only discount, which would be anywhere between 5% and 30% depending on resort and room type.

Unlike the past though, this information is much more sketchy. So at this point I take it with a grain of salt as I try to confirm some things. Again, take this with a grain of salt please...

With that said, assuming they open it to Visa holders early, that would be this Thursday; however, as we have all seen before, they don't always give it to Visa holders early. May not be a bad idea for a couple of you to volunteer to make the call and let everyone else know if it's available at that time.

I'll call Thursday. We are booked on a Pin right now for 5/17-5/24 for a 2 bedroom villa at Boardwalk. We were really hoping to get in at beach club but they are out of 2 bedroom villas for the discount. I'm hoping the discount will come out with some available.

I'm hoping as well, saying prayers and keeping fingers crossed. AAA is starting a $25 gift card promo , regardless of cost , length of stay or hotel ( I think that's to keep in line with what Costco does and such).

If you call and there is a pin attached to your name, but you booked through a TA, does the TA have to call to get the pin attached to your reservation?

And second question... If they come out with a room discount, and we get it applied to our reservation, if there is a pin attached to my name can it be used as well? Or just one or the other?

If you booked through a TA, everything has to be done through them. Disney agents can't even pull up your reservations. So yes, your TA will need the PIN and have to attach it. You can only use one discount, no stacking.

Both and none
I got an email that didn't have a pin in but did say to call in for special deals. Called in and I had a PIN that was not at all related to the email according to the cast member. I did not get any notification for it.

2 weeks after I booked, my husband got a mailer for the same deal I booked under but a different PIN. I have 30% off room only discount at Deluxe Villa. It was the 15-30% off graduated one.

I'm chomping at the bit for the next deal to come out! It's probably going to decide whether or not we stay on site and do the dining plan. We've never stayed on site before, so I'm hoping this is it!
