We're going May 4-10! We always go in May...our anniversary! We are taking out DD(she'll be 22 months...this is her second WDW trip) and we are staying at the BCV. We rented from a DVC member and got a great deal!! See you May-goers at the World!

Hey! We'll be at BCV too May 4-12, so hopefully we'll see you to wish you a wonderful anniversary!! If you haven't been to BCV yet -- you will love it! My 26 month old loved Storm-along Bay!

We pretty much booked at the last minute (for a Disney trip!) last week. I am happy to report that I easily got any ADR that I requested including Cindy's Royal Table. I first had lunch booked then switched to dinner. The CM rattled off about 6 different times that I could choose from! I think that is encouraging that the crowd level will be on the low side.

Anyone else taking their kids out of school? It is frowned upon at our school, but our teachers have always been encouraging when we have done it in the past.....I used to teach with them so I really feel like I am breaking the rules (that no one else is allowed to break-Guilt-Guilt!) despite their encouragment. Our kids are super students, but I didn't want to take DS out this year because he is in 3rd grade, which has so much more content (and a harder teacher!). We originally were going to book June after school was out, but I was discouraged by the crowds, heat, and Gay Days. I thought we should probably not go. So DH stopped at the school one night and got the OK from DS teacher that it would be fine for DS to miss school.....DH didn't tell her we were going to be gone for 12 days...!!!!!!

Today we are having a snow day from school so I am on the computer ready to start planning our itinerary!

Anybody know how fast Soarin gets packed in May? How fast do the fast passes go? We went May 2005 it wasn't bad at all. The attraction was knew that year so not sure if it was the time of the year or people weren't to aware of how fun it is.

We always go in May and always use FP. We can usually ride it about 3 times.

Count me in. I will be there May 15th to the 20th, staying at the CSR. So far I've just got a AAA discount, and hoping for a good AP rate.
I will be going solo, and when I do I just do the food court and counter service so no ADRs for me.
This will be my 3rd time going in mid May and I love this time of year. I love the Flower and Garden Festival. The weather has been warm but not oppressive and the wait times for the rides are not bad either.

I've got reservations through our DVC for May 26th - June 4th. Were trying to get my husbands vacation time off a bit earlier because we have freinds working there on an internship till May 16th that we'd like to see.
Hoping for May 12-21st. We'll be in a 1 bedroom at OKW.
Anyone going around these times have any teenage boys? I have 3 sons. One will be 14 (and almost 6 ft tall) my middle is 7 and my youngest being 3. Unfortunatly my oldest son is starting to get bored being with his parents and much younger brothers. We normally go the last of April and first of May but were all standing up in a family wedding April 26th and the following week my father in law is coming to visit so the 12th is the earlist time we can go. Still beautiful weather along with small lines for all the rides and attractions .

We are going to be there May 25th-31st. It will be the first trip for DS (5) and DS (2). I am trying to get a trip under their belt before we have to start paying for the little one. My parents are coming too. We are getting 2 rooms at Pop- one for me and the boys and one for my parents. Can't wait to go. We made a countdown chain last night and there are way too many links, but they kids are super excited about tearing off a chain a day.

We'll be at SOG May 21-27. Myself, DH, Granddaughter (4), DS, his DFI and her DD (10). Can't come soon enough!!

Just booked off site for May 24th through the 31st. I am a tad bit concerned about memorial day week that we will be there. Anything we should worry about with regards to crowds etc?

Me, Wife, son age 9 and son age 5 will be driving down (from MD).
