Just booked our flight Spirit $9 club- May 1st to May 9th $40.00 each way Now where to stay? POFQ OR Riverside.

Subscribing. I booked the other day for WL May 29 - June 4. We are dong the cruise prior to staying at WDW. This is our first cruise and first trip to WDW. But we have been to Disneyland 4 times.

I got a decent rate thru AAA, but decided to call today to see if I had a code attached to my name. The CM said nothing at this time. She looked up my current reservation, confirmed the spelling of my name, email and address and said that codes are randomly done via a computer system, but to watch my mail and email. She said any codes I might recieve can be used to rebook my stay at a lower rate, based on availability.

Of course this info is the same that everyone else has been posting, but I thought I would share my phone experience.

I only registered with the Disneyworld website in Nov when I booked my cruise. I also ordered both planning videos. So I haven't been in the system very long. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I feel really stupid.

OMG, I was reading another thread from someone asking what the postcards look like that contain the pins, codes, etc. One person mentioned that theirs was large and folded. So, I decided to look at my pile of stuff from disney and lo and behold found one with a PIN on it! It was large and folded paper, not cardstock, blue with a mickey head shape above the address. It has clouds and the castle on the backside.

I had overlooked it because it was titled "Your DVD is on the way". I didn't read it all. But unfortunately, the dates don't work for our trip. It was 20% off, but had limited dates.

I have to pay more attention.

It's not the end of May but we are going May 7-16 and have a AAA discount of 10%. I think all of May falls into the same discount percentage with them.
Still, I'm hoping for an AP discount.

I am helping a friend book a trip from may 13-21st. I am the official code watcher as she has no clue what I am talking about.

Am I missing something here that I can tell her about?

It looks like those that are getting codes, are getting them for certain dates, and May is not part of the code. On the 40% off thread, these are the dates that are listed. (we're all still waiting for for May).

40% dates listed:
Jan 6 - 17, 20 - 31
Feb 24 - Mar 5
Mar 30 - Apr 8
Aug 10 - Sept 27
Oct 19 - Nov 1
Nov 9 - 15
Dec 7 - 17

Thanks Mary, So I assume its only one that you get if you get sprinkled with pixie dust by those that choose who gets them. :O)

I think I used to know the answer to this question, but if someone would be nice enough to help me that would be fabulous.

If I book a package now for May 2 - 10 and a package discount comes out later, can I call back and ask if they have one available and if they will add it on?

I thought this was allowed, but just making sure!

Anybody have any ideas when and IF there is going to be any deal/discount for May! Looking at mousesavers historic dates the last yr they released discounts on January 11 so I'm hoping any time now.I can't wait any longer to see where were going to stay.At least I have the comfort of knowing that were for sure going May 21st through June 1st
