Ok....so as I see it we have a few things to think about. I think it is VERY important to make sure that everyone in this thread is included and that no one feels left out or left behind because they haven't been on the thread for awhile. It would be nice if everyone on the thread could give their input, so I am posting this here and then on the first page of the thread ( I will continue to post important info etc. on the first post in case it is difficult to find in the thread, especially as it grows) so that everyone can vote or have input etc.

Cruise meet on first day- Promenade Lounge Do you want 2:00 or 2:30??

Fish Extenders- Information on what a fish extender is, is provided below) Who would like to participate, and how many people in your stateroom?? (list to be tabulated at later date if we have enough people interested)

Toribelle: would you be able to keep track of the votes for us? Once July 29th has come and gone or the majority of people have voted, perhaps you could post that? (Toribelle agreed to keep track for us)

And what you do is each member that decides to participate in the Exchange Buys or makes one of these and has them hung by their stateroom door. Then Everyone gets or makes gifts or brings something special for each person participating in the exchange. You dont have to give much, it isnt to break the bank so to speak. But its something fun and its neat coming back to your room and having a gift or two waiting for you

On the other meet that I am on, They made a list of who all is participating and then their stateroom Numbers and AGE and/or occassion of who all is traveling (in case you want to do something related for gifts) and Each person gets a gift for everyone (whatever you want).

You can assign people to give their gifts on certain days if you want everyone to get a gift each day or if you like or it can be a free for all (meaning you can give them out whenever you want to during the cruise). But each person is supposed to get a gift Also you can either just get gifts for certain ones or you can get gifts for everyone thats participating (depends on what the rules are going to be) for the cruise meet that I am on for October, You must bring something for everyone on the list...about 16 people so far participating on that one. But not every cruiser participates or has to, just whomever would like to

did you upload the photo to photobucket...and then click the img link...then when you get here to post...click the insert image box above where you type (yellow box with mountain on it) and then delete whats in the box and just paste the link into it???

Im working on my signature now...been trying to get it fixed for the last hour or so...still not completely done with it but Its better now than it was!!

Good morning, everyone! I can't believe that we cruise in only 9 months!

I decided over the weekend that I'm going to take DD to Universal after the cruise. We both love roller coasters, but it's hard for us to ride them without taking away time from the family, since the other 2 kids are too little and DH is a bit scared of them. I'm pretty excited about it, but I think I'll keep it a secret from DD, at least as long as I can. We might also go to TL. Usually we go to WDW in the winter, which is too cold for the water parks. It would be fun to go to one in May (since we're in the neighborhood).

Laura, add us in for the Fish Extenders. Not sure if DBestF wants to do that, too, so for now, just include the 2 of us. I know it's something DD will really enjoy.

Btw, has anyone ever made a fish extender? I can sew and they seem awfully expensive on Ebay.

Hey Pink Elephant, that is pretty cool about our similar Disney lives.

On our cruise last April, people also had cute bags hanging over the fish, so I guess if you didn't want to make something you could just put a birthday type bag up or maybe decorate your own bag.

We didn't have a fish extender for presents but I made a mickey head decoration and hung it there, and then had magnetics all over the door.

Oh she is going to LOVE Universal!! I like Rollar coasters as well and thats one of the best places in my opinion to go for us rollar coaster enthusiasts!! :woohoo: I honestly have never been to any of the water parks :eek: Ive never even been to A water park, let alone Disneys :rolleyes1 I guess I should try to get at least one of them in some day :laughing:

Oh my gosh! Typhoon Lagoon is amazing, it is a great water park! You should really try it sometime, the wave pool is awesome! DH and I even go to TL when we are at WDW sans kids, it has enough to keep us going all day!

Yaaaaa soon we will be able to go back to Disney. We have the seasonal tickets and right now is the blackout dates. But after Aug 14 th we can go back again. yaaaaaaa

As for the vow renewal I think we are going to skip it. Maybe we will do it on our 15th...in the Cook Islands. Chase will be old enough by then to travel that far. But thanks for the offer

Right now I'm planning our October trip to Disneyland. Trying to figure out what costumes we want to wear to the Halloween Party. I ordered the Squirt costume for Chase.

Guess where we were yesterday? Disneyland! We live in San Diego & were planning to take the kids to Legoland (yawn), which is about 30 minutes North of us. But both kids fell asleep in the car on the way there, so we decided to let them sleep & drove to Disney instead! We bought Southern CA annual passes so now we have to go back at least 1ce or 2ce more to make it worth the extra cost.

It was so fun! DD (3) rode her first roller coaster - in Mickey's Toon Town & didn't even get too scared. We rode Pirates as a family & I had to hold DD's ears & DS (5 mos) got splashed in the face at the drop but everyone rallied & DD was singing, "Yo, ho, yo, ho a pirate's life for me!" when we got off the ride.
