May 18, 2013 Magic EBTA Part Two - From Tejas to España

Thanks for the information about driving in Iceland. I will look into it. I have also looked at several companies offering day tours. Any recommendations?

it's a few years ago now and to be honest the names aren't very easy to remember, but the Blue Lagoon is nice and relaxing, I remember there was also a beautiful iceberg lake where one of the James Bond movies was filmed and we had a little ride on a Zodiac around it. We drove around the island so a lot of the places blend into one for me, gorgeous waterfalls, glaciers, and we walked up a really old and dead volcano. Don't laugh, but my favourite memory is going to Taco Bell as we didn't have them in the UK at that time and I love TB so had to get my 'fix' lol!

I have to brag just a little....been trying to loose a little weight (don't blame me if you found it - I really don't need it back!)

I hit my second goal this morning - 20 pounds off!!! I am hoping for another 20 before we sail.

:cool1::cool1:
:cool1: Congratulations!

WELL DONE:banana: It's sooo hard, isn't it? I was also hoping to lose around 17pounds before we leave, but I'm stuck at a plateau after losing 53 pounds and also we have a 4 night cruise just a few weeks before this one which won't help. Anyway, hope you reach you next goal, hoping for you.
And 53 pounds :cool1:

I did a Trader Joe's and Costco run this morning. If anyone is looking for swim suits for the kids, Costco has a great selection of suits and rash guards. :)
Costco is my happy place :goodvibes

Our closest TJ's and Costco are about 30 mins from us so I always try to hit both on the same visit. I love them both!!:cloud9:
Our Costco is an hour away, but I go once a month and spend a bundle. I love that place.

And I timed it well... all of the sample folks were out. :rotfl: Snacking and shopping, I was giddy!!

There's a silly book series about a bumbling bail bondswoman and her co-hort Lula. Anyway, the bondswoman is always broke and Lula, I think it's her, tells her about Costco samples. You buy a year membership and then you can go there everyday for lunching on the samples :rotfl:

GO YOU!

I'm on the Dr. Oz Flat Belly Diet. I watched the videos on my MacBook while eating pita chips and Edamame dip. Is that bad? hahahaha

My little sis and I call it "ringing the bell" when we eat at Taco Bell. We must send a txt to each other when we ring the bell!

so not fair

reminds me to add Taco Bell sauce to my shopping list while we're in Texas

Okay so I called my friend today to get the full story and she is on a wait list for the hotel. She did check the hotel and there is space so I am not sure why Disney does not just add more rooms. We will see how it all works out.

Would you believe that when I called and ASKED to be waitlisted...she told me there wasn't one. UGH! I am calling back on Monday! Let's hope we BOTH get it! THANKS!

Me, too! Ranger, yummy. We watched the movie version of One for the Money recently and it was awful! And I like the actors they chose, but the movie was terrible :sad2:

I just finished the new series with LIzzie and Diesel - I'm looking forward to the next Stephanie Plum - and also the next Sookie Stackhouse book !
I've never read Lizzie and Diesel, I need to check those out. Love Sookie Stackhouse! Those are fun. The TV shows aren't my cup of tear, though. I have a lot of friends who love the show, but I can't stand two of the main characters in it, Sookie and Bill. I always envisioned Sookie as looking like Pam Anderson but with a lot of street smarts and intelligence.

The first post lists the semi-formal night on both May 25 and May 26. Which is correct?

Nice work on the second part. Much easier to navigate.:cool1:

Not long now people:thumbsup2

If I want to make Palo brunch reservations for 6 people, from 3 seperate cabins, do I have to call DCL or is there a way to do that online?

Thanks so much for the information! Travelers are the very best at sharing their experiences.

I LOVE Disney, Disneyland is my happy place but I must say that the Disney cruise reservation cm's I have never had great luck with. One call I will get one answer then I will call back and the answer has changed. When we went to Alaska we were one of the first cruises and we were told there would be fireworks, then none and back and forth as others would call. It has been the same with getting everything with this cruise settled. My TA called and told there were no flights yet we saw them on line then they put TA on hold for a long time came back and well there were flights. We did change our flights latter because it was $600 pp cheaper out of Oakland than Sacramento.
I think there is so much information it is hard to keep them on the same page. Let me know how it goes.
