May 14 Trip - When ADR

Help! According to the calculator, I can call on the Nov 14 for our visit on May 14. When I booked the trip they said Nov 15 for our visit on May 14. I can get up both mornings, but rather not.

Also, the CM said I could call at 8 am EST, but I'm reading 7 am EST.

When in online too?
