I have never been to the museum or Alcatraz (we are doing the day time Alcatraz on this trip) but I will let you know that the boat for Alcatraz is very close to our dock and should be easy to get to. I am not sure if you have ever been to SF but if not, they have wonderful public transportation. I would look at booking the Alcatraz portion on your own. We are doing the day time portion on our own. If you want the website - let me know.

Thanks, I may end up doing that. I liked the idea of the trip to Sausalito as well but will go on my own if I have to!

My brain is no longer working - did we want to do a meet and greet before the cruise? I know some of you were staying at Disneyland area.

Also - do we want to meet up in the Promenade Lounge on the first day?

It's coming closer!!!

I'm either flying in or driving in the morning of the cruise, so I wouldn't be able to do a pre-cruise meet. I would love to meet in the Lounge on the first day though!

Anyone else attempting to book shore excursions tonight? It's not showing 5/20 in Vancouver for excursions. It's showing that day as debarkation, which is actually 5/21. What gives? Sent an email to DCL, but I don't expect to get a very good answer, based on what I've gotten back from previous questions...

Okay, I thought I had imagined an overnight in Vancouver. Thank you for pointing that out!! I'm holding off until the end of the week to pay off the cruise and book things - new point rewards on the Disney card.

Did anyone notice if there were any Palo Tea slots left? Thank you!!

Finally got a response from DCL on the 5/20 oddities. They just said "We see you were successful in pre-reserving your port adventure in Vancouver on May 20, 2012. We hope this information has been helpful." Um... no.

So, if anyone is still having problems booking that date, please call or email DCL to let them know. Clearly, something was not programmed correctly on the port adventure pages for this cruise.

8 Cabins - We are going to go ahead and cut it off so that people have time to do what they would like to do.

Hi everyone, we just booked this cruise over the weekend, taking advantage of the great OGT rate!!! It will be myself, my DH Al and our daughter Rachel. We will be celebrating Rachel's 18th birthday (May 10) and her high school graduation. She is really looking forward to finally be able to go to Palo with us We have sailed on the Magic 6 times and we did a back to back cruise on the Dream in Oct but this will be our first cruise on the Wonder.

For those of you that wanted to share a shuttle, what time did you have in mind for arriving at the port?

We tried to call Super Shuttle earlier to get more info, but there was too much static, so we'll try again later.

I booked a port time of 11:00 when I checked in but we can be pretty flexible.

If we decide in the next day or two, would it be possible to sneak into the FE??

We had already paid ours or I would be looking at the TA rate. Since we want the same cabin for both cruises I think we will just stick with it. As for the Fe - I will leave that up to everyone - I am not sure if anyone has shopped for their FE gifts - thoughts?

FE is a bag that you hang off of you fish outside your stateroom. You will bring a small token items for each cabin participating in the FE exchange.

We technically closed it this past week but I will leave it up to everyone - I have not bought my FE gifts but want to leave it up to everyone.
