Did get my FE ordered from Ebay. I am just not a crafty person so I had to have someone else make mine.

I am not crafty either. I found a St. Paddy's banner for $5.00 that with some simple modifications I am turning into my FE. I was able to remove the shamrocks and lettering very easily since they where glued on. Bought two durable pieces of felt which I am turning into pockets, some lettering, Disney applications, and presto I have my FE.

We were able to add our flight thru DCL today! One less thing to worry about.

Now, onto more important things like excursions. Does anyone know what happened to the Chocolate Museum in Barcelona? When you look at the main DCL page about ports adventures it is listed. But, when I log into my account & go into excurtions... it is not an option. This was the one thing ALL my kids wanted to do.

I called Disney about the chocolate museum and they said it may be available for booking onboard...the CM did not know why it was not showing up for our cruise....however, I did find out that it is near one of the stops the HOHO bus makes so you could do it on your own.

Welcome "newbies" I just caught up on 3 pages of posts. I've been working 7 days a week and haven't had much time to check FB and Disboards. I'm ready for this cruise and for Tax Season to be over with!!! Amanda, my Hannah as well likes Uno also and I will have the cards with us also. I'm hoping it will keep her occupied on the flight home. We also played LRC this New Year's Eve and had alot of fun with it. Playing with tokens or candy could be fun as DCL may frown upon using money and they kids could also play.

GUESS WHAT!!????? We get our Air info tomorrow!!!!! (for those of you who know this has been driving me crazy)

Also, I sent a fax to DCL regarding the Champagne girls and no word yet, I'll follow up Friday if I don't hear anything by then!

Ok I have a problem now . . . .


My MIL booked to be on the cruise with us today - she wants to do the FE as she really liked it last time and I built it up on how fun it is on the longer cruises.

Now the FE's are closed.

Any ideas? are we opening up a 3rd? Can I add her to our family or will that mess everyone up since we seem to be doing the cut offs by numbers and not cabins?

yes I had to call. Call DCL and press the option to speak with the air dept. While I was on the phone with them, they emailed me the info also.

Just noticed....FE Group 2 has reached 50 participants !!

This is very cool news and my kids are looking forward to delivering gifts all over the ship....that is more than half of the fun!

May I suggest that we now close group 2. We could then open a group 3 OR reopen group 1 once/if it has shrunk because of some folks no longer taking the cruise that had once signed up for group 1. Just a suggestion and I hope I'm not stepping on any toes.

Been lurking!!!! Not sure who is in charge of fish extender group, but we want to drop!!! Still cruising...just taking it easy this trip. We will just bring some general treats and drop in any fish extender we see and of course a few trinkets we pick up in ports for the kiddo. Sorry to be a party pooper. See ya all at the meet!!!

Is there anywhere that I can get the FE guidelines? This is my first time and with the groups closing, then I guess that it is time to shop! I just need to know how many different items I have to get, when to deliver, so much planning!!!
I have an idea about my FE, I am going to "Canada" it up!!!

Now trying to figure out what to do for the gifts, etc. At least we are driving down now so I don't have to worry about weight limits on a flight and now I can also be sure to carry sodas, etc on with us.

Was nice to see someone else booked the same flight we did from Barcelona to Geneva to Washington Dulles. I had a go around with staff at Disney about whether this flight was too early or not. Finally they claimed to have spoken with a Travis in ground services transportation that said we just had to make sure we let the front desk know how early the flight was and that we should be able to arrange for a cab, etc to get us to the airport. He told me to tell them we had to leave the ship by 5 am.

I am curious, how did you find out that your airfare info with DCL would be available today?

We just booked our airfare with DCL yesterday. So, I doubt anything is done yet. DCL told our TA (a Friend that is traveling with us) that we would find out at the 45 day mark.

Hi everybody.
Thanks to Amanda for the pm reminding me that I needed to get on this thread and let you all know that we will not be cruising with you this time after all. I guess I just kept hoping that things would change...

We've had a major health crisis in the family, and so have had to postpone the cruise. Hopefully we'll be able to schedule another in the not too far distant future. Thank goodness for cruise insurance!

I'm particularly sorry to screw up the fe1 group; losing 6 cabins is going to make a big difference there.

Have a wonderful trip - I know that you will and I look forward to continuing our acquaintance on these boards,

I think we should add Krissann MIL to group one Fe and close it. 15 cabins would be great !

Any other people could start group 3.

ETA: For Group 1 Sharkbait has 2 cabins..not sure if it was added to count.

Think we need to know everyone on list is still going , I think some ppl in group one already bought enough to cover the ppl in group not sure but thats how it sounded to me when it closed.

Maybe redo the 2 groups into 3 and put the none responses in the 3rd ?

It looks to me that Krisann is listed on both FE list one and two.
Not sure if I am looking at this incorrectly or if she wants to do both.
