thanks for the DME responses, it gives me a better idea.
If we land at 9:30 am, there will be a good chance that we may be at POp by 11:00, and depending how long check in takes, by noon we could be headed to the parks. That's great.

I just dug out our swimsuits and put them in the suitcases. Not much chance we will need them here before then! Although it is supposed to reach 73 degrees today!!(that's impressive for March in PA) But supposed to cool off again by next week. I am going to scream if it snows again !!

Yup! We also stopped using our debit card and only take out cash and use that, then ALL change, singles and 5s go into the jar at the end of the night!! It's awesome! We glued the lid shut on our jar so we DO NOT dip into it THEN each year we bust it open and get a new one we use the plastic large pretzel barrel type jar from Sams club!

right now i'm soo pasty white it's embaressing! BUT i cannot tan since i'm pregnant, so i'm wondering if a spray tan is safe?

Today must be the day for bathing suits. I finally found one that I like and it was only $32.00 from Walmart. I am so happy. Who am I kidding whose happy in a bathing suit EVER!?!?!

Does anyone do laundry on vacation? I can't deicde if I have enough clothes for the kids. I am packing 10 outfits each (short and dress sets) plus the pants and jackets we will have on for the trip down. Think that will be enough for 12-19th?

That is waaaay to much clothes!!! we always do laundry, but we do it on the last night of our stay, just so we don't take dirty clothes home

We too are travelling from the 12-19th and i don't do complete outfits.

I have 3 pairs of shorts for each kid
Denim
Khaki
Navy/Pink

Then I have 6 shirts for each kid because we always buy them at least 2 t-shirts each and this way i have extras b/c they usually change shirts half way through the day.

They have 5 pairs of unisex socks which is tooo many, but you never know! since they also have sandals and wear those 99% of the time.

I have packed 3 bathing suits a piece MAINLY because i hate putting wet suits on them and they like to swin in the AM and at night

Last year i made the mistake of bring EACH kid one outfit for each day of the trip and i put it in a ziplock bag, so that i just had to pull a bag out each morning and get them dressed! we had sooo many clothes left over and it was just a mess!!

I am not letting DH read your anwser Michelle. He agrees %100 with you. I just can't help buying clothes for them. I just started a job at Kohl's in Sept. I see all the new clothes that come in first I just can't help myself. Everything is so cute!!

O.K. I guess I better repack what I already have. LOL I agree with you on the bathing suits, I already have 4 for DD and 3 for DS. But in my defense we live 3 minutes from our local lake where we swim everyday in the summer. I promise.

HAAHAH we did the same thing! we bought clothes from the Safari line at Gymboree last year for AK and then we bought a differetn style same line for AK this year just a size bigger!

As far as the other parks, it's up in the air right now, but DD gets to pick a princess dress for MK day
