I tried a visor yesterday, and well, frankly, I looked like Dumbo. I think my ears aren't on my head right or something because hats make them poke out. Straight out. Like I'm gonna fly or something. Not a pretty sight. I might take off on BTMRR or something.

I can live with my shortcomings, even laugh at them...but wear a hat and let everyone else laugh? Not a chance.

Wish I could have had the maps mailed to me...darn no shipping to Canada rule.
The printed one's are okay, but having the real one from disney would have been nice.

They say that shipping would be too much, when we questioned why they can send us the planning DVD"s though, they said it's because they are shipped from inside Canada.

For counter service, I love the Columbia Harbor House in MK. I just ate there for the first time my last trip and I was so shocked at how much I enjoyed it. I ate their salad. Of course, when I'm at the parks, that's almost all I want to eat. Eating heavy meals and then walking in the heat makes me ill.

If you need a place away from crowds and are in search of air conditioning and quiet, go there and go upstairs. It's now one of my favorite quiet spots!

Ooo thanks for the tip. We have one day where we'll be doing a CS lunch in the MK and I just had no real idea where we were going to go.

I have never been much of a hat person. The only hats I tend to wear are toques when snowboarding under my helmet or during winter when it's extra nippy outside. It's just a personal thing. I do not like them on me one bit. Now, the DH? He's got a thing for baseball hats with band names on them.

So since we have made so many ADR's for Table Service Resatuarants, what about Counter Service.
What are some of your favorites in each park/resort or DTD?

I have heard Earl of Sandwich is good.

We have a couple of favorite CS places. We love Tusker House in the AK. Great food....tastes like TS food!! We also like Tangerine Cafe in Epcot. We used to always go to Sunshine Seasons and loved it, but we haven't been since they re-vamped. In the MK, we like the Main Street Bakery (french toast loaf!!!!) and Cosmic Ray's. And honestly, we've never found good CS in MGM.

We'll probably try Wolfgang Pucks Express in DTD this year. We usually use our CS credits for breakfast, but there is one night when we have to eat CS and that will probably be our DTD night.

Has anyone seen the kids WDW Travel Journal pages on Mouseforless.com? They are so cute. Really neat for school age children. I just printed some out for DS 7. I think he will enjoy this and he can take it to school and share his trip with his friends when we get back!
