Seacrest..this is what we found out.... Just How Big WDW is...we were so used of DL that the first trip to WDW was just a bit overwhelming...best advise is don't over plan...
So sweet...and such a nice plan..cake and strawberries...
JC

Yea, I see everyone's list of restaurants and I'm overwhelmed. I really want to spend as much time as I can in the parks and not feel rushed for a dinner reservation. Right now, I think I am only going to plan two or three reservations and if they work out, they work out.

I like your advice and I won't over plan.

Tasmen..staying at the Poly around the same time...love the Kona...no matter where we stay we always plan a meal there.
JC

The menu just looks incredibly good and right up my alley. The more I think about it, the more I am thinking I'm going to call and change the ADR. Besides, it probably will be nice to just walk to dinner rather than having to either hop into a cab or disney transport to get there.

Seacrest,
Couldn't help but notice your "non-profits" tag. Are you a professional fundraiser? My dad has been involved in fundraising for non-profits in one capacity or another for the past 35 years. He is currently the development director for a public library, but recently went for an interview as major gifts specialist for a major non-profit. He had his own business for a few years too, and I worked with him for a couple of those years. It's hard work...you need to be a major big time people person!!:goodvibes My dad is so good at it...we always say he can B.S. a brick wall! LOL

Ok, I just caught up. I saw everyone is having the same problem. The girls and I went shopping and of course they got more outfits. But I got some good news. I went down a size. I was so happy. I am still trying to lose weight from dd. I never got to lose it because I got preggo so fast after dd.

That was it.

Did you guys watch Idol last night?

Congrats for going down a size!! That's wonderful!!

I watched Idol. I'm not into it this season though. Am I the only one who thinks this season is the worst yet and pretty much stinks? I like Jordin and Melinda, but the rest of them I'm not thrilled with. I hope Sanjaya goes home tonight...enough is enough with him! He's AWFUL!!

Thanks for asking and sharing about your father's experiences.

Yes I started this fundraising company two years ago to help small and medium size non-profits. I have a product I have developed that I customize for each organization and the city they serve. We have done over 50 fundraising campaigns so far with fantastic results. I am now working to duplicate my services nationwide through a network of independent representatives.

You are so right - you have to be a people person and a good listener. I will tell you it feels good knowing that you have helped organizations raise needed funds that make a difference in your community.

Private message me if you want to know more! Thanks!

CONGRATS!!!!! It's always fun to shop when you find out you have went DOWN a size!

No, not yet and it is bugging me, because I can't get a grasp of where everything is in reference to our hotel. I am still going through the menus and trying to find a place that has a wide variety of things she would like to eat.

I am going to order a cake and chocolate dipped strawberries for her birthday. I am going to have them delivered to our room.

Still taking your ideas though! Thanks!

I have to say, WE LOVE JIKO!!!!!! :goodvibes

We ate there last year and loved it! We are eating there again this trip

It has become on of those musts for us!pixiedust:

Hiya everyone! who went home on Idol today?? i was taking a nap!!

I don't watch it, but I saw the evictee on the news. It was an African American girl with short hair who is supposedly one of the best singers in the group but didn't have enough pep in her performance. Some goofy looking kid with longish hair who they said is unwatchable, wasn't in the bottom 2 as expected. Sorry I don't know names.
