Hello everyone.
Well tomorrow is my DS last day of school.
Our first year of kindergarten is over, and summer vacation is beginning.
I know that a lot of you have been off school for weeks already.

Shelly- I hope you and your family have a great visit to Niagara, I'd love to hear about it.
Seacrest- Happy Anniversary
Goofy- What a great photo
Newcrew- if you come across that photo your DH took of us together I would love a copy.

Heading to the shores of Lake Huron for Canada Day this weekend. Then next weekend the kids and I are off on our cross Canada adventure to Edmonton. One month and 4 whole provinces to be covered. (That's a lot of miles.)

What are everyones plans for the 4th of July- or 1st of July (Canada Day) holiday? Knowing my Mayers there will be plenty of food involved.

My dad is gettign better one day at a time and i spent the day there yesterday and was even able to take him out to breakfast! He looks great! thanks so much! his infection has cleared and he is looking good as new Just a bit slower of course! haah

This guy's web site convinced me that this was the best place for us. There are a ton of photos at this site and lots of information.

Here are a few things we really liked about CSR:

1. It was quiet! Although we were near the main pool, we hear nothing once we were inside our room and the door was closed. They planted trees and shrubbery behind the pool area to cut the noise down.

2. You are very close to Disney MGM and Animal Kingdom. We heard that the bus ride is about 5-10 minutes away from CSR. If you drive by car, it is about 5 minutes. Epcot and Magic Kingdom is about 10-15 minutes away from CSR. We also liked having the parking pass which allowed us to park at any park or resort without any additional costs.

3. Beautiful surroundings and well kept up buildings. The place looks new and is extremely clean. You can even rent a paddle boat and glide around the lake.

4. The food is fantastic at Pepper Market. You get a lot for your money. We shared our meals and we were stuffed. The best thing about this place is that they cook your food right in front of you.

5. The staff is very responsive and helpful. We always had plenty of towels. They even sent my wife a card from Mickey and friends on her birthday.

We were thinking about staying off site to save a few bucks, but in the long run, it was well worth spending the extra cash and getting the Disney treatment. Overall, we were extremely happy with CSR and would love to come back again soon.

Aww, I am so happy he's doing better! Thank goodness his infection cleared. And slower is definitely okay, as long as he's feeling great! I am keeping him in my prayres.

oh FYI.... me and DS decided on Disney Vacation for May of 2009 so i have to wait for almost 2 years..... boo for me.... maybe i can convince him for earlier.... i really wanted the cruise but he's afraid of being on a boat for so long....what a chicken...

Hey guys!!!

We finally got our pool all set up. YEAH!! We went in this weekend and the girls LOVED it. The weather has been very chilly now. Of course

I took the girls to see Ratatouille this weekend. Very cute movie. We all liked it. I woke up nice and early and booked my candlelight package this am. YEAH!! I also booked my airline tickets now I just have to buy the MVMCP tickets which I am waiting for until next month. I cant believe I have to wait so long now until my next trip.

That Thread was started as a joke. My DSIL is the one who did it. I just want everyone to gang up on her, because she has been rubbing it in that she is going in a couple of weeks.

That is funny. I thought it was odd for someone to start a thread like that. I was ready to bring out the big guns. LOL

She is in college and I sat down last night and did touring plans for her. I'm hoping her trip will be good. She just wanted to make me laugh.
