okay my may frineds i need advise and your personal experiences here.

when using the dining plan

how do you usually distribute your credits through out the day?

we have booked mainly dinners, and 2 breakfasts through out our stay and planned on using the counter service for our lunches.

if we use cs for lunch and ts for dinner- what do you normally do for breakfast. do you pay out of pocket or do you try and use your snack credits for breakfast. this is what i am hoping we can do as we are all light breakfast eaters normally. is this possible.

We are light breakfast eaters as well. So on the mornings we do not have a character breakfast scheduled, we don't want to waste the time or money or snack or CS credits on breakfast. So we just pack some cereal bars and granola bars and eat them as we are getting ready to head out to the parks, or even on the way! Then have an early lunch - like 11:00ish, before the restaurants get crowded.

ooo how did i miss this question :)

WE are usually late to get going in the day. We let the kids sleep in and then by the time DH and I shower, the kids have already had soe dry cereal and a bagel in the room. So we head out to the parks and it's lunch time already. If we have unch before 1pm, then we usually have a later dinner. But we do have a couple breakfasts booked and in that case, we usually still keep a dinner ressie and split a snack of some sort or even a kids meal if our breakfast was really early. But DH & I usually stick to 2 meals a day :)

thanks for everyone's imput, it was excatly what i was looking for.

we have decided to order some milk and cereal and some fruit from garden grocer to be delivered so that we can have a quick breakfast in our room before we leave inthe morning. we have also order some juice boxes , a case of water and some little snacks for in the room. that way our snack credits can be used for fun things like dole whips, and mickey bars while in the parks. this also allows us to have the money that we bring to be for spending and not having to worry about budgeting for out of pocket breakfasts and such.

we have joined a fridge swap, so it is all really coming together now.

yah!

25 days! not so far away anymore!

Good morning, Mayers! Just getting ready to head out the door to work, checking in to say hi

American Airlines here...gotta get those frequent flier miles...

To all you East Coasters and others who are experiencing icky weather, JC, Seacrest, and I can pack up some CA sunshine and send it your way to tide you over until you get to FL :sunny: Hoping your weather gets better, and soon ::yes::

OK, we need a final ruling on the contest -- door sign permissible, or no? We have two different answers... Even if door signs aren't ok for the contest, I might do it anyway, just to see how many Mayers might see my door! And, when we get signatures on our postcard, we are supposed to get every member of that family to sign, right? Can Michelle sign once for herself, and then make a little "x" for the baby? :rotfl2:

:rolleyes1 I owe, I owe, so off to work I go...:rolleyes1

hahah i noticed this too!

I'm still doing the door thing, and i'm thinking:

EVERYONE THAT IS A MAYER, when and IF you sign a door sign, PLEASE put the MAYER symbol next to your names and those of your family members!!!

Michelle :snooty: (DMM!)

Southwest for us, never flown them before.

As for breakfast, it's Clif bars (protein!!!) and a bottle of H20 on the way to the parks.

As far as this weather goes, I'm in denial.:lmao:

It's a beautiful, sunny warm 80 degrees here. Okay, make that hallucinating. :rotfl:
