OK - just so I'm doing this right.

I've logged in.
I've retreived my reservation.
I click on My Cruise Plans and see my wishlist - but no ways to book anything. No messages about not being paid or anything. Am I not looking in the right place?

The system is telling me that I'm not paid if full. I'm using DVC points, so how could I not be paid in full?

Click on what you want to do (e.g., shore excursions or dining). Scroll down. It should say reserve. Click on that! When done, scroll down and click on my cruise plans all the way at bottom to get to where you can start this again. Can only do one thing at a time, as far as we saw.

Hi all, OK I got my excursions and all three Palo reservations. Nicholas, I went to my my cruise plans then it asked me to choose reservations, then I could only click one at a time. so, I kept going back and forth. Took a while for only a couple of ressies.

Ken, I forgot to mention that I got my Cafepress order. Got the Long sleeved women's and it fit great. Got the hat and Jonathan said it is very comfy. The magnets look excellent too!

OK - so my next question is then, can I call Disney in the AM or do I need to book these through my TA since I used a TA this time??

Stupid system won't let me reserve anything!!! Been paid over a month, and have the credit card bill to prove it.

Not a time in the morning to make one cranky.

So I get this nice message that says "Sorry, you cannot make Shore Excursion reservations at this time. Our records indicate that you have either not paid for your cruise vacation in full or have not provided complete birthdate information for each member of your travel party."

Well, first we are using DVC points for the cruise - so we are "paid in full"
second, I can see both of our birthdays on the reservation page of their system.

I'm glad the system is working for some of you. It sure let me down tonight.

We're on DVC points for the 11 night, so after you talk to DVC or DCL in the morning let me know if there is anything else I should do before the next 2/25 booking for the 11 night. That's going to be the tough one for booking UGH! I'm sorry about that guys.

Well we got it to work...but I will admit that many of hte pages were very slow and I had to click things multiple times to get it to register correctly.....so it's after 4am and I just finished....but at least it's done.

We got all our excursions:
Castaway Cay-the Hiking and Kayaking in the morning (which lasts until 12:15) then we'll eat lunch and play on a float and snorkel a little, maybe bike before our stingray experience at 3pm (we booked the "Extreme Getaway" package that includes all 4 pieces for one "low" price). Busy Busy Castaway Day....I wish they'd make that day longer ashore because there's always so much fun to do!!

Tenerife, Canary Islands- Loro Parque (WOO HOO!! )

Cadiz, Spain - Horse Show at 10:15am

Gibraltar, UK - Walking Tour at 9am (we chose to do the first thing in the morning version in case we're feeling bold and want to try to do something on our own later in the day).

Barcelona, Spain - Aquarium and Park Guell (again it's in the morning so we have the evening t do our own thing if we want).


We also made Palo reservations:
Brunch at 11am on Thursay, May 17th and
Dinner at 8:30 pm on Monday, May 21st
(we wanted to spread them out betwen the formal and semiformal nights so that all our fun and fancy dining experiences are evenly spread and we wanted to make sure our dinner night was on a day at sea so we didn't miss the chance to eat off the boat in a port if we wanted and so we didn't feel rushed or tired from an excursion day....in an ideal world we'll be able to get an amazing set of spa treatments during the day so we're feeling LOVELY the night we go to Palo!! ).



Now we'll just cross our fingers that none of those plans conflict with anything else good aboard (like missing one of the theme dinners) or we might have to juggle a little bit. And also we'll probably book our spa stuff once we get aboard and tour the spa and see the list of options, visit the onboard cabanas, etc.

(Does anyone know when we'll have the FINAL word on when the theme dinners and stuf are?? Or any word about onboard entertainment not to be missed?)

Now time for bed!! I have to coach in less than 5 hours!!!

well...i am upset...i paid off my cruise but i guess it did not go through yet....hopefully it will post tomorrow....

i am not too upset...i will just have to make ressies at the 75 day mark instead! but i will still try when they get this mess figured out!

i still am not sure what to do in cadiz...i have never been on an excursion by the cruise line before...part of me wants to do seville but it is such a long excursion! (9 hours) i know my hubby and i would be fine but we are bringing our 7 and 13 year old along with us and i think it might be too long...so we are now thinking about the horse show or the dancers too....

We're booked on many of the same excursions.

We're doing the 3:00pm Stingray Adventure at Castaway Cay.
We're going to the horse show in Cadiz.
We booked the morning walking tour in Gibraltar.

We were going to book the Aquarium and Park Guell in Barcelona but I was told the Aquarium is right next to where we'll be docked and Park Guell is a stop on the highly recommended tourist bus.

Were you able to book your spa reservations?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having bad luck. I'll bet nothing will be closed this morning based on the fact that the cruise isn't very full. Update us as soon as you get things worked out.

This is what we choose. We are having a hard time for the Canary Islands. We wanted to do the Catamaran but we have a 4 year old and she can't participate...

We got Palo for: Brunch May 14th, Tea on May 17th and Dinner on May 21st.
We wanted to spread them out throughout the cruise.
Nothing yet for Castaway Cay..probably just snorkling and the renting the tubes...

Is anyone doing this Tenerife excursion?
