Thanks for the condolances....it wasn't a surprise, but you're never fully prepared for losses like that......but it also hardens our resolve to stay involved and to do things like our AIDS Walk here (which is going very well...we're at over $1000 in donations!)

thumper's mom - I noticed you are from Madison Al. How long have you lived there? I lived in Huntsville until I went to college. My parents lived there for 48 years until they just moved to Cary NC.

Susie, as soon as I logged off I realized I should have emailed you too about DL. It is really cutting the schedule close since we leave 2 days later, but as all of you know you can never have too much disney! We can probably squeeze in a couple of hours of fun.

Weather: we are sending a huge amount of wind your way. I've decided to stop all work on my backyard because we've had more wind than I can ever remember here. All my flowers had come up and were about 1/2 inch tall and they all blew out of the dirt today Birthday party on Saturday in a disgusting backyard - how special! Also, found out that the opposum that was eating my strawberries was a rat and had climbed into a dresser that we keep toys in was full of droppings and berry tops.

Kelly - OMG - a rat in a dresser. I would have been half way down the block screaming if I had seen something like that! We do have a little mouse (Curt saw it and assures me that it is really tiny ) that we are trying to purge from our kitchen.

I was looking at the navigators for the EB Panama Canal cruise:

I noticed that they had a three day murder mystery event. That sounds like fun. I hope they do it for our cruise. If it's a team thing, someone please keep me in mind.

I have a question that I was wondering one of you guys could help me with. We are on the August Repo and was wondering about the airfare. We have our air though Disney (which we never have done before). My question is....is anyone flying back to Pittsburgh from Barcelona and got their air though Disney? I was wondering who the flight is though so it can give me some idea of our flight times...ect. My guess is US AIR. Thanks in advance!

We are coming back to California via Atlanta and have Delta. I think most people who booked thru DCL got Delta flights. However, I could be totally wrong. Also the air info is available 45 days out, but you may have to call. It did not show up on the DCL website until the end of last week. Also if you have them email you the airfare info, you can go to a website and printout your e tickets. And lastly, they had already assigned the seating, so we didn't have to call and do that either! And we are actually sitting together!!

It was very fun. You had to talk to other people and share clues. Some people got them by phone, others by fishmail, and others ran into the 'characters' at meals/drinks and got more of the story. I solved it with math...don't ask, it is our secret weapon!!!

There is one person from the Pittsburgh area - Pixie 3 , but they have not posted in a long time. Not sure if they had Disney air or not. Does not look like we have anyone else from that area.

Erik - so sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my cousin a few years ago with AIDS and it was hard.
I don't know who it was - but somebody said they are looking to give up their horse tickets. If you have 2 I will pay you for them. My MIL would like to take my daughter and when she went to book, they were sold out.
The Murder Mystery looks like fun. I am getting so excited. Abby and I just finished all our kid surprises today. I talked to DCL yesterday and she told me they didn't mail out my info yet, so I am thinking the week of the 23rd. Have a great night!
