Ok, we heard about the chaos on the WB Panama cruise and we avoided all of it on the EB cruise. We were also pin-aholics back then, so factor that in if you will!! (yes we completed a 12 step program and got a pin for completing it!!!

)
IF they do it like the EB cruise and the Pin Cruises, you will get an order form in your stateroom that you will fill out and turn in. Sometimes you turn it in at Treasure Ketch, sometimes in the conference rooms on deck 2. Then they go through the order forms and bag up everyones loot and you go by and pick it up. Now, for those of you who have not been through the horror of trying to get LE (limited edition) merchandise, please keep the following in mind:
1 - There are usually enough pins that every cabin (not family, but cabin) can get at least 1 of the limited edition pins.
2 - If there are items that are in very limited supply (LE of 5 or 100) where not every cabin or even every family could get one, then they do it by lottery. Everyone who wants one has their name put in the basket so to speak, and then they draw names for the # of items that they have.
3 - Your order form will usually indicate if you can request one or two of an item. What this usually means is that they think they have enough for every cabin to get one. However, not every cabin will want one. After the initial requests are filled, depending on the volume of the item left AND the number of people who want a second one of said item, they will usually distribute those by lottery too.
4 - Not at LE merchandise is pins!!! Some of it is framed art, clocks, etc. So before you toss that order form check out what is on there and make sure that you are not going to miss out on something you would really love to have!!
If you have any questions on how this process works, feel free to ask on the board or PM me.
