Hey, if any of you happen to see that the dolphin encounter on Nassau has reservations available, will you please let me know? My daughter has been through such a rough year and was really looking forward to doing this particular excursion. Unfortunately there are no reservations open for it at this time. I'll keep checking, but maybe if I have other eyes checking also, I can actually make that part of her wish come true for her. There was another excursion we couldn't get either, but it wasn't nearly as important to her as this one.

We don't know how much to plan at the ports, so we're taking it light with the excursions. We don't want to be so busy that we don't get to enjoy our vacation. I'm really looking forward to the excursions we've picked out, though.

This is my DH and my 3rd Disney cruise. This is our first trip on the Wonder.

What's your fave TV show? Several of those I like also. The one I insist on complete silence to watch, though, is Lost. I DVR it so I don't have to wait through commercials. I then watch it at least twice, 'cause I always catch something important the second time that I missed the first.

We have late dinner seating and have Palo ressies for dinner on Wednesday.

We are doing the Atlantis Beach day and when on C.C. the Stingray adventure, bicycling & Catamaran Snorkel Adventure. Has anyone done the Stingray adventure? If so what did you think of it?

We are arriving Saturday, staying off property at a Hotel with an airport shuttle we got thru Hotwire. I did this to save $$$. Then I had second thoughts and rented a car so we could go to Boma's for dinner and visit my favorite resort AKL. Afterwards, if we are up to it we'll go to Downtown Disney. Our flight time thru Delta was moved up 2 hours so we'll have been up since 3:00 a.m. so we may be too tired to make it to D.D.

Today I got my pirate costume I ordered over the Internet. I was afraid it might not fit right but it looked okay on me. Is anyone else dressing up for the pirate dinner and deck party?

Patty- I've ordered Jack Sparrow costumes for the boys and my DH and an Elizabeth Swan dress for my oldest daughter. My other daughter and I are still costume-less. She is afraid to dress up and be the only teen, other than her sister, dressed up. I haven't found anything for either of us that is not... well... too revealing. LOL Not sure we'll have anything by then.


As for our dinner, we have the main seating.

I know what you mean by too revealing. It seems like 95% of the women's pirate costumes are mini skirt type outfits. Number 1, I'm too old for that, number 2, I could just imagine the looks I would get wearing something like that in a Disney restaurant. It took me some time to find the right costume in my size.

I don't really plan on dressing up for P&PP or Pirate night. With May heat and humidity, most of what I'm packing for this trip is thin cotton and crocs out the wazzoo Though I have been looking for some girly pirate theme tees. The one I liked best just said "WENCH" in bold letters across the front. I am pretty surprised at how so many of the pirate costumes for women out there are teeny-tiny up-to-here-and-down-to-there, woweee! Personally I'm more about the R&R than the T&A But surely one of you wants to wear this number!

It really is going to be an trip to remember! Make a Wish would arrange all this for us, I have no doubt, but this is really kind of therapy for us to plan all these fun things. The last year has been so out of control for all of us, so having the opprotunity to take control again has been a real blessing!

She's 13, although she'll be 14 on embarkation day! We also have a 15 year old daughter and two sons- 2 and 4. We are very blessed!
