who bought HSM2?

My dad preordered it for the girls but I think they are getting it at xmas.

I bought it yesterday and gave it to the girls last night for the last night of Hannukah. We don't have tivo/dvr so they only saw it that first time when it premiered on DC. They were so excited and started watching it right away, of course bed time came before it was over, so I am sure we will be watching it again tonight (and again and again and again ).

We have been booked since the first day and posted for a while in the beginning. But we really haven't kept up with the posts like we wanted to. But this group all seems so close and so special that I decided it was time we got to know everyone better. This cruise is coming so fast and now that excursions are out, it's even more exciting.
We are leaving for WDW on Christmas Eve so we'll have a little Disney fix before May, but really can't wait to meet many of you on the cruise.

Mr DFIL is having surgery tomorrow morning (Wednesday) at 10am...if all goes as planned.

He will have open heart to replace the valve and triple bypass.

Tomorrow will be a long day.

I'm sure everything will come out right because he's in such great hands.

Hi Bob....Great to see you on here! Do join in because it is a special group of people who are as close as family. You need to get to know more than just me and Lisa.

Have a great Christmas at WDW....I want to see the pics!!! Tell Lucy hi from us and we'll definitely do another Jack Creek dinner the first weekend you have available after the new year! Can't wait to see you both again, we always have so much fun together.

All caught up now! Tyler and I had fun playing after school and did a bit of cleaning too, so we were quite busy until his dad picked him up. Now I have to figure out what I want for dinner. Tomorrow I'm having pizza out with my beer drinking buddy Don, so I'd better not have pizza tonight. Hmmmm......Subway is one of my favorites, so maybe that. Decisions, decisions!

Thanks for asking! He had an OK day today. Yesterday was great in both the morning and afternoon, which has never happened! So we went to McDonald's playland to celebrate. His dad told me today that last Thursday or Friday there was an incident when the kids were playing in the gym in the after school child care, there was a rope hanging down that is used to hoist equipment. The rope was supposed to have been put up out of reach of the kids but had been forgotten for whatever reason. So of course, Tyler would immediately find it and start messing with it. The teacher told him to leave it alone, then when she turned her back and turned back around again, she found him wrapping it around his neck and he was pretending to hang himself. Everybody was quite alarmed, of course, but the school was thinking he was trying to do something intentional. Definitely not the case because he's such a happy kid and was almost definitely immitating something he's seen in movies because I'm pretty sure there's haning in the POC movies (but I can't remember---I haven't watched them in years). He's just one of those kids who imitates everything he sees in movies. It worries me that an accident will happen, so I'm just glad his counseling starts very soon. He doesn't get the concept of it not being OK to play like that.
